Went n to purchase a 4 slot rechargable double A battery charger with 8 batteries included. (4 being charged, 4 in use). Paid close to $40 thinking a place called "Batteries Plus+" would have top quality products. Nope. First sign I ignored was when after I paid they didnt give me a printed receipt, and instead wrote me a hand written receipt. Odd. Then of coarse I go home and the kit that I bought can only recharge the same specific brand of batteries that come with the charger. Although I dont like that aspect, its nothing too upsetting. I can live with that. BUT THEN, when 2 of the batteries fail to work/charge at all, and my hand written receipt does me no good, I feel robbed of $40.

The 2 guys at the front were amazing. We went in to get our wrist watch and car key batteries replaced. They gave us the wristwatch batteries (2 of them) for free. We only paid for the car key batteries (2 ). They installed all 4 for free no labor charge. I was standing there thinking like, whats the catch? Where is the Punked camera? Im gonna need to sign up for something now? I really was expecting an extra crazy to happen, but no, they just decided to be nice and hand out discounts. It was amazing.

Great service and the knowledge,I went to get some batteries and have a little bucket with some old ones,them dont suppose to take it but they did,and I came out with a pair of AA,been there a couple of times and definitely Ill go back with them because the prices of my CR123 and the service .

Id if I came in on a bad day cause I see good reviews on this place but everyone there was lifeless when I went and all there workers acted like they hated life and hated the job and like they dont want people to come there. Ill never step foot in there again

Fantastic place, I went in to have my watch battery changed (expecting to pay about $10-12) She told me the first customer of the day was free. After I closed my mouth from the shock I left her a nice tip. Im giving them all my business.
