My first experience here was good. After a week though my camera on my new moto g stopped working it said "camera error restart camera" i tried turning the phone off and turning it back on. That didnt help. So i took it back to this cricket store to see if they knew. The guy there reset my phone because it would treat it like a new phone and i didnt know how to reset it myself so i asked him to do it. He was nice and also researched the problem. He said a lot of people were having that same issue that most of them were just waiting on the app update. I got an app update for that about about 2 weeks after that it still didnt help. So i called customer care center. Unfortunately the wait was really long. I took it back to the cricket store to ask him since i tried the app and it didnt work what all could be done to fix the issue i was having. I simply wanted to fix the issue. I asked could i exchange it ? He asked me how long did i have the phone so i started digging for my receipt. After i found it he told me i could only exchange it after a week. Well he should have told me before or while i was digging for my receipt not after, its not like he looked at it. Then i asked him what if i called corporate if they could help me. He got was rude and said "you can only return or exchange it after a week!" Now Im manager i know exactly how customer service should run and that was unacceptable. Then after all that he referred me to the 611 number. Well he should have just told me from the beginning " I know that can be upsetting. Unfortunately Im only allowed to except returns and exchanges after a week theyve been bought. However i can put you in touch with a number that can help you. Its our 611 number. They will help you troubleshoot the issue and come up with a solution." Now thats good customer service but still holding your ground to what you are unable to do . Never use the phrase "i cant" with customers use words like unfortunately, unable... It has a more professional tone and goes better with the customer. Then he said have a good day. Really?! after that?! It was from an Asian looking guy with long straight hair and glasses. The one thats always there. And almost certain hes the "manager". And did this in front of a newly hired person. wow.

This is by far the most rude and unprofessional service that I have encounter in this retail market. I am a business traveled and I was on the need for a simple power connection cable. I noticed a Cricket store and decided to stop and purchase one. Not only the attendant was unpolite and not costumer sevice friendly but immidiately noticed the unwelcoming environment where there is no one at the store. I request a cable which to begin with was exlensive $21.00 for a simple cable, there after proceed with my check out and noticed that the cable was 10 feet long! I dont need a 10 feet cable for a cell phone but while at the counter within 30 seconds of my check out mentioned that this was not convenient and wish to returned. For my surprise the young attendant told me no refunds and just walked away. How in the right mind some one could conduct a business in such a manner. I left the item on the store and walked away not just dissapinted but angry by the way I was trrated. I am a Senior Naval Officer that deals with many types od people and believes on respect, integrity and politeness. This was the new low for on how not to conduct business. I teach leadership and intra government service processes. This will be a case study for one of my semminars. I will dispute the over priced cable but, sincerely I hope the owner of the establushment has a better guidande on costumer service. At the end you never know who are you dealing with. This is my most honest fact about this store. I would love to hear from some one at the management level so we can go in more details. It was frustrating but overall dissapointed by the lack of politness and poor attitude towards the costumer.

I dont ever feel compelled to write reviews and have not written one prior to this, but this place drove me to it. One of the people who works here is needlessly hostile towards the customers. Most if not all of them have absolutely no idea what they are doing and sound like they cant say anything except some script they were required to memorize. The actual plans they offer sound great at first but try to nickel and dime you for extras and/or have stipulations to what you think you are getting. Completely turned me off from this service.
