After trying to upgrade my Iphone online and being disappointed because I kept losing plan benefits, I decided to visit this store. The Sales Consultant Justin Saini, listened carefully to what I wanted and put together a plan that really exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgable and professional, asking relevent questions and making appropriate suggestions, then figuring out ways to adjust my plan to keep my out of pocket cost very low. Though I came in late in the day I never felt rushed or hurried. When I didnt understand something, it was explained and I never felt any condensention (a ubiquitous problem when high tech professionals are dealing with us mere mortals). I came away very happy with my plan, my phone and the solutions to some problems that are somewhat unique to my situation.

Customer service was spectacular. My wife wanted the LG G4 so I called a few locations and this location had the phone we wanted, so we decided to check it out for the first time. Justin was our representative and he did an amazing job. We have felt bullied in the past at some of these big time Verizon stores. However, Justin was personable and really took care of us. We got my wifes new phone, and thanks to Justin, we also ended up getting some AWESOME accessories based on his recommendations. If youre looking for the great products and services by Verizon, but the feel of a small business with relatable customer service, Id highly recommend checking out this Verizon location. Due to spectacular customer service and a great deal. Well definitely be coming back.

Best customer service of any Verizon store weve visited. After a very frustrating experience with Victor (manager) of Highland Village store, who was patronizing and dismissive, the professionalism of Derrick and store mgr. Ally Delfosse at Rwireless (Verizon) in Flower Mound was unmatched. I was treated with respect and my time was highly valued. Every effort was made to resolve my concerns and both represented Verizon beyond expectation, . As a customer with a long Verizon history we will no longer patronize, or recommend, the Highland Village store and will give our time and our business to the Flower Mound location. Well done Derrick and Ally!

All I can say is WOW! I was in the other day because I had an issue with my phone and the gentleman who helped me guided me through every step and tell me what the issue was. I was so happy he helped me I even bought a case because Im a clumsy one and almost dropped my phone while handing it to the gentleman. I think his name was Faras? Great customer service, even from everyone who helped me! I will definitely be going back to that this store every time I need anything! Definitely going to tell my friends to go here. This place is a scam. They sent out a flyer that said just stop by and get a free power bank. No purchase nessasary. So I stopped by and waited 1hour while the only person working there helped others. When my turn came up I said Im here for the free power bank. The lady told me oh Im sorry thats only for Verizon customers. The flyer doesnt say that anywhere on it. She says thats what my manager told me. So BIG waste of time!!!

So friendly there! They were willing to go the extra step to help me with my new order on the iPhone 6plus! They have someone looking out for my best interest by asking what is important to me and not to just sell every product under the sun! Thats the way your suppose to sell, by understanding my needs! I love the fact of the location very conveniently by my bank, able to do some grocery shopping right next to it as well!

Justin was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to understand the plans and upgrades. He took time to put on our protective glass and patiently swapped out cases until we were happy with our selections. Great store and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store!

Very customer oriented staff. I had a difficult issue to resolve. My coverage was failing , frequent fuzzy calls, dropped calls. I had to make several phone calls and talk to several representatives with no direct solution. They made sure my needs were met right away and took initiative to solve my problem.

I came in inquiring about changing providers, and I was greeted by a young woman with the craziest hair Ive ever seen. regardless of that she was very informative but I was unable to finish the transaction from my side. Either way by far the best saleswoman I have ever encountered.

Awesome store!!! Ally and Derrick are incredible with their personal service to customers. They go out of their way to help. In fact my Samsung Galaxy S7 was defective and they made the exchange seamless. Way better ten the Highland Village store.
