Went in here to pay my bill and get an upgrade to the galaxy s5. It was a younger guy who was helping me out. He was very timid and didnt seem knowledgeable about the phones. We briefly talked about pricing and I wanted to go ahead and buy it. He then informs me that out will be shipped to my home because they dont have phones there to sell. .... What? I couldnt believe it. I left at that point. There was another customer in there that didnt look to happy either. I believe this is just an authorized dealer and not an actual tmobile store. Oh, and they charged me a couple bucks to pay my bill....boooooo!!

They are detail oriented and want the buyer to get the most phone for their money. Im getting the S6. I am quite pleased with their work ethic and knowledge of the merchandise they sell.
