Bought a new phone and screen protector online. The screen protector had a protective film on top that was attached so tightly to the screen that no matter how gentle I was it would pull the screen protector off the phone before itd come off. Took it to this store to exchange it and they were more than happy to help. Offered a new protector and theyd install it. But after entering everything into the computer and going to get a new protector, they came back and told me they didnt have any in store. She offered to order me a new one and have it shipped to my house. Sure, I said. Then she told me Id have to pay for it that way, it is only free if they have it in the store. I asked for the manager. I was told theyd have replaced it if it were in stock but theyd have to charge me if they ordered it. I could take it to the manufacturers store in Frisco and they would exchange it for me. I asked for a refund and she told me she couldnt because "its defective". Then she told me I was out of luck. Ill try another store or customer service, never going back to this one...

Liars. I bought a phone and have tried repeatedly to get a screen protector. They NEVER have it in stock. Ive asked to be called if they come in. Never get a call back. Ive gone in numerous times to get one. Again NEVER in stock. Last time I was in, the store associate and I went onto Amazon, because not only did they not have it in stock AGAIN, they also didnt know when or if they would get more and could not special order one. The store associate told me which one to get and when it came in to bring it by and they would put it on the phone. LIAR! It came in and went to the store and pulled out the screen protector on and this store associate says they wont put on ones that arent theirs. Soyou dont have them at your store, dont supply them to the store, wont order one when a customer has repeatedly asked and then refuse to help because you cant provide a service. I will NOT be back to this location. AND SERIOUSLY QUESTIONING WHETHER TO EVEN STAY WITH AT&T IF YOUR ASSOCIATES CANNOT DO ANYTHING OR PROVIDE BASIC PROTECTION GEAR FOR THE PHONE.

Worst customer service ever. Took the family in to replace one phone and buy another one for my son. The so called gentleman (if you can call him that) took our information and seemed willing to help. After asking what my wife was looking for in a phone declared that there is over 30 phones in the store that can call and text. With a disgusted look and an "Im better then you attitude" He told us to look around and come find him when we decided what phone we wanted. He never tried to talk to us about phones or even make a suggestion. While we looked around for a few min before deciding the phone we want is from a different store, I noticed that he was just hanging out like a vulture at the door awaiting the next helpless soul to walk in. As we walked out he only said "When you figure it out, come back and see me" NOPE... IT will not happen! Doubt I will ever go back into that store. I will personally drive to another state if I have to

Went into the store to see about some issues that I was having with my phone. I knew I was probably going to use insurance to replace the one I have currently, but wanted to know the options. The man who greeted me by the door was not helpful in the least bit. As soon as he realized I wasnt going to buy anything, he became rude and basically told me to deal with it myself. He claimed that the electrical issues I was having was due to a hairline crack in the screen (that has been there for several months and this new issue started within the last few weeks.) When I tried to explain what was going on he said that it was because I dropped my phone (which I hadnt) and gave me a pamphlet that went over insurance. Didnt try and walk me through what I needed to do, or anything. He just told me to call or go online and they would deal with it. Of course when trying to fill it out online I get a prompt that tells me to contact the store.

Whatever you do, do not try to have T"neshela Boyd as your sales rep. Unfriendly, unprepared, and most definitely not an expert. I went to return the Note 7 due to the safety recall. She literally goes to the AT&T employee website instructions on how to return a Note 7, reading while I was waiting in front of her. I waited for about ten minutes. Then she excuses herself to the back room so she can try to read some more. She comes out, and says that they only allow exchanges. Not returns. Even worse, when I try to explain and show that returns are accepted, she just stares back and smiles, nodding her head and giving this nasty sarcastic attitude. I just left and went to the AT&T store in Lewisville, where Chris promptly returned the Note 7 for me with no issues. Never going to try to have my business with her gain.

This is by far the best AT&T store in the FM, HV, Lewi, and surrounding area. This location is also a repair site one of the few AT&T has around the metroplex. I believe theres only a few of them in total and this is one of them. Great customer service as always and get you in and out with no gimmicks. They didnt try to upsell or change any of the things I requested on the last visit. Being that I bought my GS7 Edge via eBay, there was no hassle or haggle got in got my sim card and got out no charge. Thank you AT&T and flower mound for a great location and service.

Walked in and was greeted, she asked my name and what I was looking for, then said a service staff will be right with me. 45 minutes later... place was semi busy but not 45 minutes busy. Also I saw about 3-4 employees just standing around, not sure if they were just greeter and couldnt help me but seemed highly Im professional. All I needed to know was how much a Samsung gear watch cost and why a contract was cheaper. I didnt care about my plan or anything else just wanted a price and the door lady had no ability to help me.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT go to att, they are the WORST carrier out there. They will lie to u and tell u one thing and not follow through. Service is absolutely TERRIBLE, dropped calls, calls not going through, text messages do not go through, and u will spend at the VERY LEAST a mimium of 1 hour on phone to be told they will NOT stand behind what they promised. I am shocked u can run a business this way and still be in business. BEWARE, choose ANY other carrier beside att.

Your new commercial with the "Smart guy" installing a receive at a baseball game. And the other guy with his girl friend asking if AT&T was hiring. Smart guy asks "Blah, blah, blah". I find that commercial appalling and offensive. It says to me that AT&T is not interested in maybe helping train a guy in the tech industry. It says you need to have a college degree to turn some screw drivers. What do you think AT&T? Have you seen your commercials lately?
