I wanted to switch from iPhone 6 to Samsung, but Samsung came out with two really great phones and I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted, so the salesman (who was very kind) told me if I wanted to return it later on, that I had up to 3 times cause I was on jump; which confused me, so I asked, dont I have to pay the $50 restocking fee? No cause you are on jump, so you can bring back your phone 3 times. So I get the Samsung 6s+ edge, and I hated it! You couldnt do nothing on the "edge". It was so difficult to operate. So when I went to return it, the first representative asked me what she could she help me with, and I told her I wanted to return the phone aslong as there was no fee, and she replied, well as long as your getting a new phone it should be fine. So I go with the Samsung note 5, and she calls someone else over and he says you are on the old jump program, so you can only jump twice a year, I told him that is not what I was told, by two associates. I let him know I was very upset, and confused as to why I was given accurate information, and that inaccurate information highly influenced my decision! Ashra then told me that if I wanted to come back and talk to the associate who originally told me that, I should, cause maybe he can work some magic, and return my phone without the fee or using my second jump. I then told Ashra that we were adults and there was no need to be rude about it. I then left the store! I called 611, immediately after and was told to never trust store representatives! Terrible customs service!

Junie was helping me today when I decided this was my last try to fix a billing issue that I had called customer service about three times with no resolution. My experience with 611 customer service was terrible, every time I called I had a representative in a different country, was told a different story and different rate and the issue wasnt resolved. Junie wasnt only very nice, she also called customer service immediately and had the charges removed from my account in less than 10 minutes- I was literally ready to just pay the bill and switch to Verizon instead. I should have saved myself the aggravation and headed to the store after the first call with no resolution from 611. Awesome service, thanks so much, Junie!

I have been here couple of times. Only once we received decent service otherwise the service is absolutely horrid. They might be overworked but thats no excuse for bad service. Other stores match website deals (Tmobile site) even when the deal says "Web only" - these guys flat out refuse to do so (even when the deals dont say "Web only") and are very terse when responding to any concerns or queries. I was able to get better price for same phone from another location. There is absolutely no reason for one store to provide lower price while other cant. They had a data phone which had a sim with no data plan on it. So you cant test it. Better to go to the Grapevine location even if you have to fight the mall traffic.

I really didnt want to go in here because of the experiences Ive had in the past but you know be grudgingly I did go in there and I my whole idea of this location turned around I had really great customer service from all of the employees that were working there today and they did everything they could to help me out and thats all you can ask for so thumbs up to the business that you have created and turned around from poor experience as previously

Customer service at this place was very bad, they also tried to nickel and dime customer anyway they can. I bought a newer phone for my daughter from Ebay & it required new mini Sim card, they want to charge $20 to change a different Sim. I went to different store, they just replace it for free and the customer service was more helpful than this location as always

Horrible service! I called to find out where, after waiting over a week, my phone is. Some ignorant cracker female claimed I cursed at her when I told her that ground service foe receipt of a new phone was bullshit. She hung up! Sick of dealing with this trailer trash. You just voided the contract
