The manager of this location is incredibly arrogant. I bought a phone and as he processed it I found a better phone and asked him to sell me that one instead. He refunded my card, inaccurate amount, being that I half the amount in cash. When I ask why I was only refunded $300 when I paid $356, he said that was service fees. I tried to explain simple math to this man who apparently thinks a $25 service fee charge is the same as that of $56. He then admitted they made a mistake in charging it twice, but he couldnt refund said fee. At this point I was frustrated after being there for 2 hours, out of $700 ($300) of which would be refunded 3-5 business days later) , and I said "fine if you cant refund this charge that I have to pay due to your error, can you just activate the phone so I can leave, please?" He had the audacity to tell me he was trying to do me a favor in activating this for me. A FAVOR! He did my refund wrong, charged me twice for a service fee, and wasted 3.5 hours of my day. I asked for the manager. He was the manager. I cant believe a person who cant do simple addition and subtraction can have a Management position. Name was Nocholas C.

OMG the worst ever...had to purchase another phone within 6 month and still same service...to name a few drop calls...phone rings and ringer on dont sound...battery wont hold charge and the list go on and on....Just trying to decide who to switch to...throwing this phone back at Cricket...please do no purchase

Switched from ATT and brought my wife from metro and added a line. Great customer service and switched easily. We only pay $90 for two lines. Llamadas a mexico funciona muy bien.
