One person working there on a Saturday, which is a pretty busy day. You walk in - the rude lady doesnt even LOOK UP at her customers, just signs and goes back to clicking around the computer. After one guy walks out because she has not even acknowledged us- she STILL does not look at me. I just needed to pay my bill - something quick! Ended up waiting 43 minutes for Mexican Mamacita to get a new phone for the guest in front of me - I was out the door, paid and done, before he even got to pack up his phone and leave. Have more people at your store - work more people on a BUSY day like the WEEKEND. Sadly, I will not be returning to this store since at times (More than once) the open sign is on - its a busy weekend day - and the doors are locked. I will be going to the store on 28th - its newer and at least those girls will LOOK at you when you walk through the door. Find more approachable employees - this one was not helpful, and I really cant get over the fact she didnt even LOOK UP at me and my daughter. At least look up and flip us off or something. Ass.

Was mislead and resulted in my phone being shut off until I payed money that they Said I didnt owe. After I was told by another there that I did owe it .I dont reccomend this store as I will take my bussiness elsewhere
