Nice people fast initial repair of my iphone. They are Expensive with a price of 167.00 for a screen and analysis. Unfortunately, within 30 days the screen had 2 pixels out (white dots always visible) and it had a lot of fine scratches from being taken in and out of my pocket. I suspect they use inferior aftermarket glass and inferior aftermarket replacement parts. they are an authorized Apple repair center but I doubt they use Apple parts. I could be wrong.... I did make a second trip and they inspected the phone under their warranty agreement. They inspected it and told me it was my fault and they believed water caused pixels to go out. They did take photos of what they called "mold" that looked like dust to me inside the phone. They said the dust/mold proved the pixels failure was my fault. in the end they would not replace the screen under warranty. next time I will go somewhere else and get the screen fixed for 100 with the same cheep aftermarket parts and no warranty. i definitely would have given them a 5 star review if they stood behind their parts

I went to get my IPhone screen replaced and they did do that however i cant call on my phone anymore and certain area of the screen doesnt work. my battery drops ridiculously fast, within two hours my phone is usually dead. my phone worked fine before other than the cracks in my screen. do not go here they might ruin your phone!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just wanted to give an update.. my phone started cracking really easily so i took it to Apple and they said that they didnt put the screen screws in which are located by the charging port. so my screen started cracking and my phone became completely useless and Apple had fixed it perfectly for me. They said that third party companies that replace screens are highly frowned apon at Apple and after this incident i will not go anywhere but Apple. I dont reccomend at all and that was a waste of $127.

I took 2 iPhones (6plus & 6 s plus) in to be repaired. Within days one screen was coming in and out and the same problem occurred with the other in less then a month. After going back I was told I broke the lcd panels from the inside by pressing too firmly on the screens (no visible damage to the outside of the screen they installed)They would not uphold their warranty. Theres absolutely no way 2 phones broke identically from within less then a month of their repair. (Our 3rd iPhone with original parts and more wear and tear is just fine) After paying to have their poor work and parts repaired a second time, I now have had both phones fixed with an Apple authorized repair shop complete with a 6 month warranty for any and all screen problems. (For less money) Please do not be fooled by their friendly demeanor. I certainly was.

Went in with a cracked screen. My first ever damage to any of my cell phones and Sam assured me they could fix it within an hour to an hour and a half. He understood how important my phone is to me (like everyone I am sure). However, aside from my personal life being on my phone, so is my business. Sam was super helpful and friendly and easy to talk to! They fixed my screen with no issues and assured me if any issues arise- they will take care of it!! I highly recommend!!! I hope I never have to come back but if I need to- it will definitely be to this location!! OH- GREAT prices on all of their accessories!!

LIARS THAT WRITE THEIR OWN REVIEWS!!! STAY AWAY!!!! READ THE YELP REVIEWS!!! WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THEM before I went there. They are ripoff artists!! BROKE MY PHONE!!! NO REFUND!!! SCAM!!! I ALSO overheard a woman yelling that they broke her phone and would NOT REFUND EVER! You cannot do business in Fort Worth without good customer service. This place never heard those words! L@@k at the YELP reviews! Buyer beware BUYER BEWARE they cannot be trusted.

For starters, Ive had 2 phones screen repaired here, and I can say with certainty that both times have been awesome. Both screens were like new, and though the iPhone 6s screen is a lot more intricate that its predecessors (probably due to the 3D Touch feature), the time it took to repair the screen was only slightly longer than an iPhone 5s screen. Thank you for the awesome service!

I wished I found this place sooner and if I could give 10 stars I would. They fixed my older models phone cracked screen whereas the other 2 closest competitors flat out refused. The price was great, customer service was phenomenal and the phone works perfectly. They have a giant selection of accessories, too! We will definitely be back and I will tell everyone I know. This stores is awesome! They set us up completely with cases for new phones, tempered glass on all 6 of our phones and a complete glass replacement on a beyond shattered screen on an iPhone 6s. Prices were amazing. I will be recommending them to everyone. Any case you have in your imagination, they have it. And WE were sent there by an employee at the AT$T store!

My IPhone had the searching/no service issue and I tried all the software tricks and nothing worked. After taking my phone to many places before with no luck I came across Cellphone Trendz and they fixed the problem for a great price. They replaced the IC chip. Im so happy to have my IPhone back! I dropped my phone twice, within a month, and the first place I went to asked me too many questions and took about an hour to fix. I decided to try this place and it only took them within 30 mins, no questions, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place - fast and friendly service.

Called, was given a fair quote over the phone, dropped the phone off, came back in 30 minutes and it was done! My iPhone 6+ looks good as new, got a great deal on a tempered glass protector as well while I was there. GREAT customer service on top of it all!!

I have gone to get my screen fixed at this place twice. I wont go anywhere else. Its affordable, the staff is great, Stefany was super helpful and is always speedy with getting them fixed. Definitely recommend going here rather than anywhere else.
