Went in with car battery that seemed dead and would not start the car. I asked if they could test the battery to make sure it was bad before purchasing a new one (since the car is only 2 years old and a replacemt is $200) and the employee pulled out a voltometer to "test". He said it had 12.7 volts and was a good battery and suggested it was the alternator even though the vehicle was 2 years old. Knowing enough to know that the symptoms were more indicative of a bad battery than alternator I asked if they have a real battery tester thats not just a voltometer (while standing next to the battery tester that has a sign saying "Free battery and alternator testing") and he said they have one in the back that takes like 5-24 hours and they charge for it. He recommended that I go to AutoZone to have them test the alternator because he knows the battery is good. So, after reinstalling the battery and getting my car jumped so I could drive it to AutoZone to have the battery and alternator tested, the AutoZone employee tested the battery with an actual battery tester along with the alternator and was able to tell me in 5 minutes the battery was bad. Then he even installed the battery for me and verified the car would start. To add to this bad experience, I also bought a phone battery while at the store but decided to return it (unopened) because I got a new phone instead. Upon trying to return it I was told I could only get a store credit, which they neglected to say when I bought the phone battery and isnt posted on their return policy. Im not sure if theyre just negligent or liars, but either way they are a waste of time and money.

a big 0 if i can , got a screen and battery changed on 4/17/17 for my iphone 5s , first they didnt give me warranty coz i had a screen changed even if from apple authorised service store before , which is ridiculous policy , then now when i am on call the screen doesnt turn off apprantly the proximity sensor which was working before i gave the phone to them is not working now after the repair , i dont know what they have messed up while doing the repair . horrible experience , would not recommend anyone getting their phones repaired from them , they use cheap low quality spares . went today 8a.m 4/19/17 again to get the same addressed , the store was empty the lady took my phone and asked to come back after 1 hour , wehn i went she said its not working still and she will order the part , while goin back i noticed she had not put the screen back properly and it was crooked , when i told her that please put it back as the way you had it done before , she started yelling at me saying you are accusing me of damage , which i had not i was just requesting to put the screen back properly , which she didnt do and put the phone down saying i will do it on next Wednesday. i feel i did a big mistake using their services and feel humiliated . also this is the second occasion their employees keep complaining we are alone in the store we cant help i feel they are highly understaffed . i understand their can be work stress but you cant keep yelling at your customers who want to get services and pay for it .

Worst place Ive ever been involved with. When I went to go get my screen fixed on my phone they cut the cord to my home button AFTER he called us and told us that our phone was ready and we sat there and waited on him to fix it for 30 minutes and two customers came in and left. He didnt even speak or knowledge them when they came in to the store. The guy Steven told me it would be a week and it has almost been two weeks. Then he tells me IF the part comes in today he wont know until later tonight. Then he tells me that management does the ordering. Management wasnt there the day I was in and I asked how management knew how to order the part and all he told me was he could take a message. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

I was pleased that they had my motorcycle battery stock. Now just a few months later the battery is defective, it is leaking electrolyte and buldging on the side but because it test ok they refuse to replace it. I have been in the automotive business for over 25 years and I know a bad battery, after being told I would be contacted and not... and it s Friday the manager will not be back till Monday so am I suppose to not have a form of transportation till Monday and they feel like calling me.

Every time I go in there with the product that I purchased from Batteries Plus they always tell me I cant find my receipt and I cant take care of you for a warranty. When you look at the items you can clearly tell they were purchased from their store but they still tell you I cant do anything. Today is the day that I make a big switch and never buy anything from Batteries Plus again. I used to use them for some products for work in both Utah Beaumont and Tyler Texas

I came in for a battery for my iPhone. The young man was wonderful in helping me get the right battery. A district manager who was also there took the time to explain some instances and outs of various types of batteries for another project my son and I are working on. Highly recommend this place. There are other locations closer to me but its worth the drive to do business with this store!

The battery in the wifes car went bad on a Saturday. She took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and got a new one installed in about 30" total. The price and availability had been checked on line before she left hlme and by paying for it online she saved 10%. This was our 3rd trip to BPB since they opened a store reasonably close. We have always had courteous, knowledgeable service.

It was a quick and easy process but it would be nice if they would hire employees that have some form of knowledge on the subject matter. The young lady was nice but was clueless on what product I needed. I dont expect them to know everything but a fair knowledge base on what their customers need would be nice. Needless to say I wont be going back.

Stopped by today to have them install a new screen on my sons cell phone. I showed them I had a new OEM screen with me for them to install. They told me they couldnt install that screen and had to sell me another one of their screens. Not very customer focused so I am taking my business elsewhere.

Have gotten great customer service from Katelynn and Tim both. Very professional and knowledgable on products and services they have to offer... If you want great customer service and things done the right way go see Katelynn or Tim and they will be more then helpful :-)

In and Out in less than 5 minutes. I wasnt even halfway in the store when the clerk stopped the work she was doing, took my old battery, grabbed the new one and walked me to the register, rang me up, thanked my for my business and I was off before i knew it.
