Verizon should stand behind the phones it sells. Just because a phone company comes out with the "newest and latest" phone, doesnt mean that it should be sold immediately, despite the media hype. The Samsung Note 7 is one example. Talk about causing the customer huge hassles. Im tired of the hearing that everything is the manufactures problem. The Google Pixel is another example of a phone that Verizon should not be selling, especially without a stock of cases and screen protectors. The Pixel is made for people who live in a glass bubble. It is so delicate and easy to break it is unbelievable. People in the real world drop their phones frequently. Glass on the back of a phone is ridiculous. When a customer pays over $600 for a phone, it should be made to withstand everyday wear and tear! Moreover, Verizon should know that the phone is "delicate" and they should have cases and screen protectors before they sell this phone. Its also a serious problem when the people buying the phones are more knowledgeable about the features than the salesperson in the store. There is no excuse for selling a phone before making sure that all the sales people are trained and have a good knowledge of the phone specs. A good salesperson should be looking out for their customers. They should tell the customers about the pros and cons of different phones. They should steer young people and people in certain occupations away from phones that are less likely to hold up for people with "active" lifestyles. Having bought phones from the Vermillion Wireless World store for approximately 10 years, I can say that the current sales people could care less about the customers needs. They are happy to steer customers to the "newest" and most "expensive" phones without talking to the customer about what would work best for their age/lifestyle. Thumbs down!

Wish I could give 0 stars but sadly thats not an option. This dumb blonde "manager" had no idea what she was doing or talking about, we were going to be helped by her but we just walked out because we didnt even want to try. She was telling the previous customer before us that the iPhone 5c had very little storage overall, which the smallest storage option is 16gb which would be plenty for the daily user. Also she told them this without the option of backing up to free storage. If she knew anything about Apple, she would know about icloud and how that can free up space. She then proceeded to say that the iPhone 5c no longer get updates and wont be working very soon. Wrong, The newest version of iOS is iOS 10, which just restricted the IPHONE 4S, which is two generations before. The iPhone 5c will be supported for at least another 2 years. When it stops being supported and given updates, the iPhone will still be able to run and function like any other phone. After hearing this, we walked out becuase we couldnt believe how dumb and uneducated she is. The other guy that was there, was busy with other customers and he knew what he was talking about and pleasantly helped my friend upgrade so i appreciate him. But for gods sake, no one wants to deal with someone who doesnt know what their doing.

My friend and I went to get a new SIM card and have it activated to activate a new phone he received from another friend. There was a gentlemen at the counter who was being helped, and the blonde lady at the counter was providing him with quality customer service. He step aside to make a phone call, and she offered to help us. As soon we reached the counter, her demnor changed and we received very poor customer service. My friend and I are both Native American, and the gentleman before was Non Native American. The service lady was very rude to us, and raised her voice at us more than what should be. She talked down to us, and we left without activating the phone, because she would not sell us the SIM card. I am sure I will not return to this particular Verizon store. I would rather give my service somewhere else where my race does not equal the quality of service I receive.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We came to the store to look in to getting Verizon residential Internet with unlimited access for our house. We did not want the unlimited data if the residential Internet was not available. Before even checking if we were eligible the person helping us switched our accounts to unlimited access to only find out, after the fact that we werent eligible for residential internet. Then instead of fixing the issue for us tried to sell us on the unlimited Internet package for just our phones..which we dont need. When we left we were told that the issue had been fixed but it was not and it took me calling Verizon three more times to undo everything that the salesperson screwed up. It was very apparent that the salesperson was more interested in selling the new unlimited plan than listening to what we wanted. I wont be back.

I would suggest ordering your phone by calling Verizon directly. When I ordered it at the store, I was told two weeks. Two weeks went by and nothing. When I called the store, they told me to wait. When I called Verizon I was told I could have received it in 3 days and that the store forgot to order the phone. When the store finally received the phone, it took a half hour because the associate helping me went in the backroom and never came back. When I told the manager I didnt appreciate the customer service I received, he had nothing to say.

The Blonde bimbo that works in there is a airhead, horrible at her job and thinks shes really something. Took my phone in because it wouldnt register the SIM card anymore. She then proceeded to think there wasnt a SIM card while looking in the SD card slot. Then proceeded to do a reset and erase everything on my phone. Pictures, Music everything. Where does Verizon get these people that have no place trying to do anything with a phone unless, talking on one or taking selfies?

I was having phone problems and the young lady who was working told me she could fix it, but it would take awhile because my phone needed to be backed up and erased. She told me I could go run some errands and return when I was finished the phone would be in working order. After an hour of running around town I returned and she had it fixed. I will be returning in January when its time to upgrade!

I feel like a lamb led to slaughter. Be very specific in the questions you ask and be extremely careful that the saleswoman answers your questions and not the answer to the question that she wishes you would ask so you will still buy.

The staff was very knowledgeable, and took care of everything I needed. The sales rep even did my rebate for me which saved me many steps. I highly recommend this store!
