Got my screen fixed here before Service was quick and professional. 100$ for new screen, only issue is can see what appears to be led bulbs through the screen. Took my phone back several weeks later after it had issues charging and he claimed 75$ to fix. Asked if any way could be cheaper, said no so I took to cpr phone repair in west Chester. They were extremely helpful and said it was just dirt and lint in the charger port and cleaned it out for free. Bought something in thier store because of thier honesty. Guess I should have cleaned it out myself but anyway it saved me 75 dollars and giving money to a greedy gypsy. (This is a post edit in response to owners response)Unlike what you said in your deciptive response, the said phone was handed over and inspected, based on what I said and you examined that was the cost. I am not the "phone dr" I was assuming you knew what you were doing. Its not a matter of affording its a matter of being ripped of by bad business practices, proven by the other business that under the same inspection fixed it for free when I was more than willing to pay for a service charge for thier honesty and help. I also "afforded" an otter box for my wife and I at the other named business. And yes that is a great thing about this country and which is why I did take my business elsewhere. I wrote this review so other people could base thier own decision based on my review and the reviews of other customers satisfied or not and hopefully take thier business elsewhere. Your dishonest response solidified my need to warn other potential customers.

Criminal. He stold my IPad in addition to the $150 I paid him to fix my IPad screen. Two weeks later it went defective. I took it back to him, he tried arguing with me, and I reminded him that he gave me a verbal 30 day warranty. He took the IPad and I never heard a word from him. I stopped in the store a few times, one of his workers was there and told me to come back. Finally I caught up with the criminal. He told me that I had never been in there and he had no record of my Ipad. I called the police at this point, considering I had $150 plus the cost of the IPad into it at this point. He told the police that he had a record, but did not have time to find it at that time but that I had forfeited it because I did not come in timely to pay. I had all ready paid, it was there for him to correct what I had paid him for to fix. I have never sued anyone in my life, but I will be suing him. He is a criminal, a liar, and does not deserve anyones business. He probably makes most of him money buying stolen cell phones, because he offers no cell phone service. Stay away from him - Run like hell.

I am an extremely busy business woman who was DEVASTATED when I dropped my Galaxy S3 and busted the screen. I kept getting important texts and calls but could not see to answer the calls or read my texts. My phone is LITERALLY my life! It was 6:45 pm and I called my cell phone provider to see what I could do to have the phone fixed or replaced as quickly as possible. I was quoted a ridiculous amount and that I would have to MAIL the phone out for repair and wait for it to be MAILED back!! My "computer guy", Chris Barger, of FIX-IT-QUICK PC REPAIRS referred me to The Cell Phone Doctor. I walked out of the "Drs office" within 30 minutes, HAPPY as I could be! Kevin had completely rebuilt MY phone using brand new parts and was able to keep ALL of my personal settings, contacts, apps., etc. This Kevin guy is AMAZING! He was very professional and he gave me a GREAT deal. I am a customer for LIFE! THANKS KEVIN!

Susan Reif, I apologize that you did not read the policy on your receipt it clearly reads that any device not picked up after 30 days will be auctioned. You waited over a year to even attempt to pick up your device, which you yourself told the police that it has been that long,nor did you even attempt to make contact with us until now, even after our numerous failed attempts to contact you. The cell phone doctor strives for great customer service and we attempt to make and keep all our customers happy, unfortunately we have to have policies in place to protect us from financial loss. There has been numerous accounts where we hold devices or customers longer than one month but with no contact after a year we have no choice but to believe that you forfeited on the device.

THE CELL PHONE DOCTOR IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!. I WAS DEFEATED, HOPELESS AND DISCOURAGED BY OTHER SO CALLED "REPAIR SHOPS", BUT WHEN I TOOK MY SLOW, CORRUPTED CELL PHONE TO HIS STORE. NOT ONLY DID HE FIX MY PHONE AND MAKE IT WORK LIKE NEW FOR A DECENT PRICE, HE STAYED OPEN WELL AFTER HOURS TO FIX MY PHONE (2 A.M SUNDAY MORNING) SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY TO PICK IT UP! MY CHARGING PORT BROKE ON MY GALAXY NOTE 2 . WENT BACK TO SPRINT THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY 200 DOLLARS FOR A REPLACEMENT AND SEND MY BROKEN ONE BACK TO THEM ,SERIOUSLY I WAS NOT HAPPY . I was so pleased with the service at this store, they took care of my phone like a phone doctor! I did not have to wait at all, they were all very professional and helpful. Kevin was the gentlemen who helped me and another customer with our phones, he took care of our concerns, and what I was impressed with the most is his kindness towards everyone who walked in the door, acknowledging us all. . The Atmosphere of the store was very welcoming, I completely recommend this store they know what they are doing and they fix your phones at a reasonable price. Wonderful customer service Thank you !

i took my GS3 in there with a broken power button, he fixed and we discovered other issues with my phone. in which he helped me fix as well, he even lowered the original price quoted due to me having so much trouble and frustration with my phone. great customer service, and would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone.the only downside as a customer is he seems to have a lot of business and always be busy, but he is quick and will get you in and out as quick as possible.
