Ive been in and out of various T-Mobile Stores...Norman, Moore, OKC..specifically Norman..So if you want very good customer service....Talk to Anthony.. Hell take care of your issues. Ive talked to others from other stores... and yes...Ill agree...some act like... you came out of the Walking Dead and dont want to help you at all.. He and others with his Attitude...gets a A+++ in my book.

I just recently made the switch to T-mobile through a third party, making the overall switch occur not so smoothly. My mistake. I went into this store to get it sorted out and Anthony was super helpful! He looked deeper into the problems and made sure we left with the best possible scenario for my wife and I.

whatever you might need from T-Mobile can be done on their website. if you go to one of these sites you usually have to wait for a salesman--and if they are setting up a new account, that takes some time. not that the sales staff arent terribly friendly. im just trying to save you some time.

The representative that assisted us was very friendly. The other guy that was in the store had no customer service demeanor. He did not even make an attempt to show courtesy. I will definitely not be dealing with him, if he is the only one in the store, I will go to another store.

The staff is knowledgable & friendly! They work with you on what you want and arent pushy. Ive never had a bad experience at this location and would recommend it to anyone. Id also recommend T-Mobile overall - great pricing and coverage here.
