Short summary: they use a lower quality screen for replacement. You get what you pay for. After calling several places, I thought I had found a steal. This place was charging $10-30 cheaper than everyone else to replace my 6s screen. It was too good to be true. I tried to ask up front if they use OEM screens direct from apple. The answer I got "we use OEM quality." Weird answer, but I proceeded anyway. Long story short, after replacing the screen there was a noticeable difference. I could no longer see the screen (too dark) with my polarized sunglasses. I could not see it at all while standing outside. This was never a problem before. I showed the manager and he pretended to not notice a difference. I decided that I wanted to get my original broken screen back on. Of course the problem disappeared with the original screen. They tried to discourage me from getting it back by saying it would take 1.5 hours to do because of other phones. I stayed and waited, it took 15 minutes as my phone was actually up next. Shady. I actually sat and waited for 15 minutes listening to them chat as none of them were working before this. I confirmed with another person in the store and they said they saw the same difference in screen quality as me despite the managers insistence. I am a reasonable person, had they refunded me fully I likely would have never left this review. I specifically asked before if I was getting the same screen and had been assured. It obviously was not. (Confirmed later, with a different store). I have written one negative review in my life, this is it. I went and replaced my screen with a different store up north. (will not name, so I do not get accused of being one of the competitors). Specifically confirmed up front if they used apple screens, was guaranteed I would get ALL my money back if I was unsatisfied. Their screen had no issues at all, seemed like the real deal. Thats customer service. I am sure they will try to refute this review with one excuse or another. Just ask yourself, why are they able to charge less? Seems like cutting costs on parts to me. If its too good to be true, it probably is. With that said, if you want to save a few bucks this may not be a bad option. That is why I am not leaving 1 star. The guys seemed nice enough at first, but when I ran into problems, they were very dismissive. Didnt appreciate that. Just beware of the screens.

Absolute horrible service, took my LG G4 in because I had dropped it and cracked the screen. Took phone in on Wednesday, 3/2/16 and it was supposed to be a 1 hour job. The screen they ordered was defective so they ordered a new one from the Tulsa dealer (understandable and not why they got a low rating) and it was a 2 day shipment. I called on Friday and it hadnt arrived, called on Saturday and it hadnt arrived, called on Monday and was told it was a delivery date of March 4-9th (never heard this until Monday, 3/7/16). Phone was FINALLY fixed on March 8th and was picked up by my spouse. I get home from work and discover that they took my SIM card out and didnt return it to the phone. They told my spouse that I took the SIM card out when I didnt because he dropped the phone off and he has no idea how to take a SIM card out. I called them and the guy says "well we have several SIM cards here you can bring the phone by and well see if one of them is yours." It is an hour drive one way for us and by the time I get off work theyll be closed. So now I get to be out more money (already paid them $140) to buy a new SIM card. Very aggravated that they didnt offer to discount the repair being as it took them a week to fix it. Very aggravated that they lost my SIM card and try to put it back on us. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.....EVER! Horrible service, horrible attitudes

Dash Cellular Repair will forever have my loyalty. I received a call from ALEX today, telling me he had my Iphone and it was ready to be picked up. I was a little confused, seeing as I was looking at my Iphone while speaking to him from my office phone, until he informed me that this phone was turned in by someone attempted to restore it as their own. Alex told me that when he fixed the broken screen and turned it on, he saw the screen message I had set in case my phone got lost or was stolen, and in this message I put my office number. That is how/why he called me. I told him about having my phone stolen in February, how much of a hassle it was to have to open a new line and pay about 50 bucks extra a month on a line that I wasnt using, having to cancel the phone number Ive had for over 10 years instead of going for the upgrade, just to get rid of that extra line. So, now I have a brand new Iphone, days before I was going to buy my mom one to replace her old flip phone (we all know how fabulous those are). Alex could have easily kept this phone, sold it, whatever he wanted, and I would have never known. Dash Cellular Repair has honest, hard-working employees who are attentive and accommodating. Any phone problems I have in the future will definitely be taken care of right here. ALEX, YOU MADE MY DAY BUDDY!!!! THANKS AGAIN!

Do NOT use this place! My teenage son brought his iPhone 5 here to have a battery replaced. After having paid for the repair, the following day his phone died quickly again. He brought it back and was told it was the charger port. So he paid for yet another repair. In the process of the second repair they broke his mouth piece and he had ton use the speakerphone only. The battery still lost charge quickly as well. When he brought it back to Dash, they told him it was all because the phone had water damage. When I finally called the place they insisted the battery was good, they made all the repairs and the phone was dying and the mouthpiece wasnt working because of the water damage and they were not going to fix anything. So we bought him a new phone and went on. Well low and behold my battery died in my phone the other day. So I took the battery out of his phone, the one we paid Dash to install and were told it was new. Guess what? After an hour off the charger, 65%. Hmmm, sounds to me like Dash took my kids money and gave him a bad battery. So I just called Dash again and Jesse the manager told me that they wouldnt cover the battery because I am the only who took it out of his phone and put it in mine. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Pretty shady if you ask me... Theres plenty of other repair shops. Skip this one.

I got a screen put in my iPhone 7. The next day I noticed 4 bright spots in the screen and my proximity sensor was not working. I took it back the next day they put another screen in it. Now the second screen is glitching out. When I enlarge a pic it starts bouncing back and Firth. Colors are bleached. And not sharp. You get what you pay for. They are cheap. I got the firs one put in Friday then the second one Saturday. Dont waist your money on their poor products Ps I will say their service is great. But poor product trumps that Update----- they have now fixed the screen 3 times. Color is still bleached. Not near as bright and vibrant as original. Very disappointed. Do not waist your money spend the extra money and go somewhere else. The cheapest price is the cheapest quality. Newest update. Now after being repaired three times. The didgitizer is not responding for to to two minutes at times. I had apple look at it they told me the didgitizer is not working correctly. Dash cellular told me they will fix the phone one more time. If the next screen put into the phone does not work it will be the last one they will replace. At that point they said the device is at fault. The phone that apple said nothing is wrong with. WATCH FOR THESE CROOKED PEOPLE. THIRTY DAY WARRENTY IS NOT HONORED IF PROBLEMS PRESIST
