I went into this store to replace my wifes broken phone with a Huawei Ascend II. They were out of the Ascend IIs so I decided to give her my Ascend II and get a Samsung Vitality. Three days later my phone was rendered useless by an app that I downloaded from the Android Market. It was Sunday and this store was not open. I went to two other stores and both said that I would need to take it back to the original store. At one of the other stores they had the new Huawei Mercury so I bought it considering I wanted a Huawei in the first place. I took the Vitality back to this store and because the store could not verify that I had used less than 30 minutes of talk time on my phone they were unwilling to refund my $149 plus tax. Ive been sitting in front of the store for over 30 mins waiting for them to open up this morning. Which isnt a surprise because whenever I come here to pay my bill theyre extremely unprofessional.
