I have been in once before to get my iPhone 5 battery replaced and had a wonderful experience. Today, I went in with a problem with the screen on my iPhone 7 and walked out 15 minutes later with all of my problems solved. When I walked into the store 20 minutes before close (like a terrible person would), I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine concern for my phone. I unfortunately cant remember the gentlemans name (I want to say it was Adrian or something similar) but he was such a great help and a life saver. I didnt exactly know how to explain what was going on with my phone, (and actually after I left the person who escorted me informed me that I accidentally sounded condescending) but he listened actively, was very patient and understanding, and was immediately able to tell me what needed to be done. He gave me a couple options of how to proceed, and once I chose the route (and with my permission), he got to work and had my phone back in my hand, working perfectly within minutes. I will definitely stand behind the work that is done here and will recommend this business to anyone who needs help with their phone.

The guy fixed my phone first time around but as soon as I left I noticed my volume button wasnt working. Took it back and he told me it was missing (he was the last and only person to have ever taken my phone apart since Ive had it for the past two years). Got the part ordered and fixed it on the 15 and today (the 16th) I had made a phone call for the first time since he replaced my button and now I cant here the other person speak to me. Not pleased at all!! UPDATE: They fixed my calling issue but because they had to take my phone apart so many times it actually broke the back to it so now the top part of my phone is coming off around my camera and is causing it not to work. The guy told my boyfriend it was because it had been dropped (by me) but the night before I was taking my phone back I had it out of the case and everything was still in tact. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic. I walked in and shared my phones symptoms, and they immediately and confidently said that it was a bad battery. They gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix it. Both numbers were surprising and extremely pleasing. I gave them the go ahead and they took my phone, had me fill out a paper, and went to work. They came back out a couple minutes later and showed me my phones battery and explained what was happening. A few more minutes went by and they came back out with my perfectly functioning phone. It was about 20 minutes total from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out with my fixed phone. Friendly people, great service, great prices. I am extremely pleased and will recommend to anyone.

I have taken two phones to Landon at Xpress Cellular. Not only did he remember me from only two visits months apart he did outstanding work on both phones. The first phone was an Iphone with a cracked screen. It is still working perfectly now several months later. The second phone was my Note 2. I have been having trouble with the charging port for over 4 months. I took my phone to Landon and he replaced the charging port. This did not fix the issue and I called him the next day. He told me to come in and he would fix my problem free of charge. After some diagnosis work we determined that my charging cable was bad. He immediately gave me a brand new cable. I would recommend Landon and Xpress Cellular to anyone.

I have an iPhone 6+ and the screen had completely separated from the case. After calling to confirm they could assist me I took the phone in. They repaired it in less than an hour and physically it looked and felt as though nothing had ever gone wrong with the phone. Given this was a larger screen and they installed a screen protector as well the price was extremely reasonable. I wish I had before and after pics to share. Landon is a true professional, does quality work at a fair price and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact the person that handles the mobile devices at the company I work for was so impressed she stated she will be sending electronics to them for repair!

These guys are great! I took my GS3 phone (that wasnt turning on) to another repair shop, CPR, who took 5 days to tell me the board was bad on it and would cost $120 and I would lose all my data. All they did was try a new battery so I took it back and decided to try another place. When I took it to Xpress Cellular the staff member told me it would be about 2 days and he thought it was just an internal power cord. Less than one day later he called me and told me it was fixed and it just needed a new power button. Cost me $50 and less than 24 hours and all my data was still fine. I highly recommend this shop and dont take it anywhere else.

I brought my iPhone 5 in on a Saturday afternoon after dropping it in water. I assumed my phone was dead forever. Landon diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts that got fried, and did a few above-and-beyond things that made me very happy. Getting a working phone back the same day was the best I could have hoped for. He even stayed 45 minutes past closing time to finish the job for me. It would have cost me hundreds more to replace the phone so I feel like I came out way ahead. Completely satisfied with the service I got at Xpress Cellular Repair.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I got my phone screen fixed here and the same day it fell off, causing it to crack! Their "warranty" does not cover cracked screens so they refused to be of any service. What good is a warranty if it does not cover damages caused by their faulty services? Additionally there is a dead pixel on the screen since the day they repaired it. I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else unless you want to experience poor customer service & pay over 100 dollars for their fraudulent services.

My daughter cracked her Samsung Note 3. Landon fixed it on a busy Friday afternoon for Half the quote that I received from the mall kiosk or Cellular One. He also sold me an Otter Box for a good price. The other companies were going to make me pay for them damaging the LCD screen during the repair, Landon discussed what could happen if the glass punctures the LCD screen & would only charge me to replace it if it was damaged. He has earned all of our business. The screen has been working superb for 4 months.

Excellent experience! I dropped my phone in water, turned it off, put it in rice for a few days, tried everything I found to do, etc. I turned it back on, and the screen was not working. I took it to them, they showed me that there was still water inside. They dried it (took about 2 hours), and my phone was working perfectly. Very reasonable costs too. If you drop your phone in water, I would turn it off (if possible) then take it straight to them to fix.
