I took my teenage daughter to Verizon Store in Wautaga to upgrade her phone. We had a very upsetting experience. We dealt with this lady named Gloria, who told us the next upgrade was not until November, needless to say my daughter was disappointed not to get a new phone because her old phone was cracked and the camara did not work. She told my daughter " Next time check before you come." in a demeaning tone. looking at her with a very harsh and "smart" way. My daughter had teary eyes after finding out she was not going to upgrade her phone. Gloria said she had to go to to the back of the store to "make things better and try to fix what my daughter expected" and to give us a deal that did not sound like a deal. Gloria tried to sell us different stuff that we were not interested in and my daughter kept telling me we did not need the stuff that she was trying sell us. Gloria told my daughter not to shut her down before listening to the deal she was going to offer me. I told my daughter "callate" ( Spanish for shut up) and Gloria proceeded to tell my daughter "callate." I did not say anything because I was in shock. After we left my daughter said Gloria was a mean person looking at her with distaste and started crying in the car. My daughter said she did not want to put this lady in her place because she did not want me or her to cause a scene. Gloria had an attitude because we did not buy what we wanted her to buy. I called the store manager Mike and complained about this bad experience. He said that Gloria does not usually work here. Overall, horrible customer service and I will never bring my family there again

I went there a total of 6 occasions. Each and every time they told me something different. According to them (and this may be a verizon problem - not them) verizon stores and verizon custom service online/ on the phone are completely different entities. They are not helpful at all. Tried to charge me $180 for a 99 cent phone just to switch the colors. I also had another instance where I wanted to get a Iphone with higher the 64 gig from the 8 and they told me itd be $100 but they were out of stock. Came back the next day and they claimed it would be $350. They knew all my account information and situation from said previous experience but didnt bother to tell me the full story. They people I talked to gave me a lot of attitude as well and would constantly cut me off so they make it seem like a good deal. They were just full of bull each and every time and went and waited around for them Months later, we still havent figured out my brothers phone completely and they robbed us of $200. So sick of it

One star by default. When I went in to discuss rates and start a plan they had a contest going on, "pop a balloon and have a chance to win free product." Sounds great, in theory. However, we did win two tablets. Awesome right? They quit working for no reason after a couple of months, they were not dropped, no water damage nothing that would cause them to quit working. They would not stand by there product or cancel the lines without paying 250 each. Every time I have been in there for anything no one seems to notice or ask you what you need they were with customers but they could have said they would be with me when they could. Other people who came in behind me started getting helped. After about 20 mins I found out I had to give my name to the lady with the tablet. Whish she would have told me before I stood around with my one year old on my hip for 15 min. Even after putting my name down it took about 20 more minutes. There customer service is slow and lacking.

Went in to get a screen protector for my brand new phone. Sales representative literally ruined my phone putting it on. Pressed too hard on the screen with the card while he was installing the protector and caused a vertical green line of pixels down my phone. Had to go and get my phone replaced. then he had the nerve to have an attitude when I came back for the screen protector saying that he wasnt going to give me another one. I got a Samsung S7... THEN I traded it in for an iphone 6s. My takeaway is this: dont get a new phone unless Marquisha Holt at Verizon is helping you. Talk about a ray of light in a world of darkness. Shell go to bat for you and do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you walk out happy and make the process enjoyable. Shes at verizon on 377 near keller then oct 1 2017 shell be opening a new verizon store at Alliance Town Center. The location on 377 is great because its always clean, they were VERY tolerant of my kids going nuts, they spent as much time as they needed to make sure I was well taken care of, and it didnt feel like they were trying to sell me something. It felt like they really cared that I walked out happy. On the downside, this care and attention to each client can cause longer than wished for wait times. When you treat each person like the center of the universe, I suppose that sort of thing will happen... Ill take it.

This Verizon store is the worst. I went in to buy a new phone and the salesman told me there was a BOGO on the new Motorola phone. Turned out to be a lie. Also traded in a few items, phone, watch and paid for in full for the new phones. The trade in did not give me any credit. And the payment I made does not show. When I brought in my card statement showing where I paid for the phone, they said it was for the accessories for the phone. This was not the case. And to top it off my phone that was purchased broke 2 days in to owning it. Took it back for exchange and they told me that I would ha e to go through the manufacturer to replace it. After I did this they told me I could have exchanged it In the store. So went 3 days without a phone. This store is the worst Verizon store I have been to. And will never go there again. Verizon as a company is an excellent cellphone provider. But this store will pull the wool over your eyes.

Buyer BEWARE at this Store - I visited this store and one of the salespeople told me I had to put 1/3 down on my phone BUT I GET FREE ACCESSORIES! Yay ...right? WRONG...After speaking to Verizon Wireless Customer Care Center they explained nothing went to my phone except for $28 per the installment agreement and that the salespeople make commission on selling Accessories...so I feel Silly that I didnt do my research and I trusted this guy. He even said I could split my 1/3 down into 3 payments but Guess What - I paid $77.00 at the store and billed the rest for the ACCESSORIES the next bill. So might want to call Customer Care Center if one of the sales people say you are getting something "Free".
