I would not recommend purchasing a phone from this company. I purchased a phone, took it to at&t to have it switched over and they told me the phone was not usable. It still had the previous owners Apple ID. I immediately returned to the store and was helped by another sales associate. He told me he would fix the phone or give us another one comparable within an hour. We returned again and were told it wasnt ready but would be ready by tomorrow. We again returned to the store the next morning. A different associate helped us and said there was nothing he could do for us but refund our money back on my debit card. About 5 days later I received an e-mail from PayPal stating that the refund did not go through due to in sufficient funds. I again had to go back to the store. I waited while they attempted to contact the owner. After about 30 minutes she called and talked to the salesman and he said she would look into it. We asked for her to call us back that day. At this point I am pissed and just want my money back. Again. No phone call. We called again and left another message for her to call back. Only after a third call threatening to call the attorney general did they refund our money.

I live 2 hours from Billings, exchanged a few emails with these guys and stopped by a few days later. They asked questions, ran some tests, pulled the phone apart, replaced parts, put it back together and the iPhone is as good as new. Less than 30 minutes total. Actually replaced an extra part, no charge. Great service, great price! Saved me from buying a new phone!

Place is a scam! Bought a $200 phone from there that they said worked great! Turns out it never had. The phone was reported with a factory default when it was purchased brand new. They refused to refund me saying that I should have figured that out within 24hours (I had to order a SIM card, took 4 days to get here).

I am so thankful for these folks, my phone took a dive into a glass full of coke..done the norm and put it in a bag of rice, phone was still not working. Took it to these guys and they worked their magic and one battery later and my phone is working! thanks guys!
