My phone screen died on me while I was visiting town. I went to this Verizon to see if they could help fix it or if I would have to buy a new phone. Paul was our customer service rep. As soon as we walked in, he was more concerned about selling me a new phone than even looking at my old one. Not just that, he was only interested in selling me the newest, most expensive phone on display. Any older or cheaper phones I asked about had "glitches" or "issues" or were conveniently out of stock. Paul treated us like a used car salesman, fruitlessly trying to flatter my mother or make jokes to ease the great discomfort being forced upon us by our limited and expensive selection of products. Paul wouldnt even speak to me about the different choices I had, he only spoke to my mother. I think it genuinely shocked him when I was the one who actually paid for the device and accessories. I guess he realized he had been focussing on the wrong target. Am I happy with my phone? Yes. Thats the only reason this review isnt 1 star. Am I happy with Paul? No. Not even close.

Honestly the best Verizon experience I have ever had, and Ive been with Verizon for 10 years across 4 states. Came in looking to upgrade from a G4 and Kevin was extremely helpful. He let me get hands-on with a couple of phones that I was considering (actual working models, not display units) and was able to expertly answer any question I had regardless of phone make or model or brand. After helping me come to a decision he brought all my information over to my new phone and made sure everything worked smoothly before sending me on my way. Couldnt be happier with the service I received.

I went into this store to get a new phone and this is where I was greeted by Phillip Zimmerman. He helped us right away and got me set up with a great new phone. I was supposed to receive a credit on my bill for sending in my phone in a couple billing cycles, but it didnt happen. I contacted Phillip and he was right on it. He kept contacting his supervisor until the problem was resolved. He did a great job and I really appreciate how hard he worked to accomplish my credit. I would definitely recommend anyone to go in and get help from him.

I have three times needed assistance with replacing and upgrading phones. The first time I walked into the East Harry location, I just happened to be helped by Philip Zimmerman. Now, I wont see anyone else. The store is closed on Sundays, so if I need something on Sunday, I wait. I dont go to the other Verizon locations. Phillip is patient, professional, and personable; and when he fixes something, it stays fixed.

If I could give a zero, I would. On Friday, March 10, I visited the store. Sales rep took the glass cover off of my phone and didnt have a replacement. Then, was irritated with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. NO offer to help fix the issue. In fact, raised his voice when stating, "there was nothing he could do." The only thing he accomplished, is now not working again. Horrible service. Never going back.

I just recently purchased a new iphone from this Verizon store. I want to thank Chris Ryberg! I work 2 jobs and have a very busy schedule. I walked in 2 minutes before 8 in a rush not knowing there was a cut off. This man offered to stay and help set up my phone. He spent an hour and a half after closing! He is the standard by which retail employees should be measured. Love my new iphone!!! Thank you Chris!!

I called with a question about my old program. Phillip talked to me about my options. He waited while I contacted my husband I am in a rehab unit and it took a while. We made our decision and and contacted phillip and made the contract. Then he was kind enough to bring the tablet and keyboard to me in Arkansas City. His kindness and and knowledge about my plans helped us to be secure in our choice.

My experience with Phillip Zimmerman was absolutely fabulous ! I switched from TMobile to Verizon & he saved all my data on old phone that I so badly needed & was so very courteous ! I think he should receive a nice raise or perhaps a bonus for his knowledgable & professional approach to my inquiries. He is, in my opinion, a valued Verizon customer representative. I worked with Chase Hall the stache man :) and he was very nice outgoing answered all my questions and made sure I understood anything he provided great customer service I definitely recommend him very professional! Phillip was awesome!!! He had my new phone waiting for me when I walked in the store, and walked me thru transferring everything over from my old phone. He spent nearly two hours helping me get everything just the way I wanted. I would definitely refer friends to this store location and pass Phillips name on to them!
