I was happy with my service until I received a notification that I had left this review, which I didnt write!! I feel like my privacy was invaded and my trust in this store is broken! Be careful if you go to this store! They will ask you to sign into your email on your old phone so that they can pretend to be you to leave a review to make them look better. I will be looking into pursuing action against this! Mark Atty, the store manager did this without my consent! Very very upset!! Watch your back in there!! Switched from sh**ty At&T to Verizon today, loves the deals we got, and Stephen and Mark were so helpful, they explained everything to us the way a representative should, we didnt end up saving money on our bill, but we got a better plan, new phones , and great customer service, thank you Mark and Stephen for making the process fast , easy, and understandable, we will definitely be back!!!

Mark Atty, Store Manager, at this Verizon Store MAKES this store GREAT! I had the absolute worst day of experiences with trying to switch my wireless service from AT&T to Verizon, not due to any issues with Verizon. But, had it not been for Mark Attys dedication to his work and calm and focused attention to getting the job done--all wrapped up with his EXCELLENT customer service skills--I wouldve just given up and stuck with AT&T. He stuck with the task and kept working on it almost a full hour after the store closed. Im a Verizon customer today because Mark Atty cares. He cares about his job, he cares about his customers, and he cares about providing stellar customer services...three things that are sorely lacking today. Seriously. Verizon is lucky to have Mark Atty. If hes the standard for what I can expect from Verizon, Im a customer for life!

I walked in one morning looking for a charger for my phone, and the gentleman over the counter pulled up my account and saw that I was paying to much for my grandfathered unlimited plan. The rep helped me realize that my plan needed to be changed but I was too hard headed to get rid of my unlimited plan until he had told me that Verizon had brought back unlimited with all the 4G data I could use without any throttling. Stephen helped me save almost half of what I used to pay Im happy to have walked into the store with knowledgeable reps. Thank you.

I came into this store to fix an issue with my phone, The gentleman in this store was very friendly and helpful, Even offered me coffee and water, Not only was my bill fixed, But i ended up getting a new phone, and saving $15.00 a month, He gave me a great discount on the case, and glass screen protector for the phone, I didnt even know this store was here, But seeing how the other store i go to is always jam packed, and does not have good service at all, I will for sure be comming here for now on, And you should too. For sure 5 out of 5 stars.

Taylor was so helpful to me in upgrading my phone and adding a new tablet. In the middle of the transaction a customer came in and was very rude to her. I was appalled at how the customer treats her in front of me. She kept calm and tried to help the customer best she could as she was busy with me. She left me try out multiple phone until we found the right one. This is my new store! High recommended! I will be back.

An employee helped me get my sgs8+ to hook up to my car it having bluetooth and he did itl like a professional wiz with NO gripes, I did say NO gripes and was totally helpful. Anyone near the area of Davis Blvd amd N.Tarrant Parkway, a little bit northward, do pay them a visit and buy something(if you like).

Have had trouble with other stores in the past so was skeptical going into this one, but so glad I did! They are great! Good customer service, knowledgeable about product and did not hurry or rush us. Would recommend this store to everyone whether you have Verizon or not!

Ahmad was very knowledgeable about the product and didnt go thru with anything without explaining all details. Was very patient and listened to what we wanted instead of trying to sell something to us that we didnt want. We will only come to this store from now on!
