I am very happy with Boost Mobile. Once I figured out how to actually talk to someone on the phone about my account I am very pleased. I had been going to the Sprint Store to pay my bill in the machine - you have to put in a 10 or 20 dollar bill before you put in a 5 dollar bill. My bill on my Samsung Prevail has been$45 a month. I checked my account balance and it said I had $7 something so I put in two 20 dollar bills. When I checked again it said I still owed 92 cents. Apparently, it does not include the taxes. Anyway, when I talked to Fay she very politely told me she would put the 92 cents on the account so I would not be late. I told her that I now understood about the taxes, too. And next month with the shrinkage program my bill should be $40. I will now be going in person to this store in North Richland Hills to pay my bill. I cannot wait to be able to buy the new 4G Samsung Galaxy. Great service.

I switched from Metro PCS to Boost Mobile at this location and Im SO much happier!! They hooked me up with the shrinkage package and I really love my new Android!!!!! Customer service was great, he got my old phone number switched over for me, explained everything I needed to know about my new plan and phone. I recommend that everyone looking to make the switch, do it here!

This store sucks balls i had service for 2 yrs me and my wife was leaving the country to Mexico and they said they will work down there. You just need to buy new phones so we spend $200 on phones and couldnt even call no one. So boost mobile can suck it i will NEVER do service there again.

Im here at this location, at 10:09, they are still not open... Im in a hurry today... 10:15 door still locked. Ill change my service to metro pcs if this is how the store is operated. Metro is faster and more reliable than this.

The Boost store is in a crowded spot but the employees are nice. Boost uses sprint towers etc. Pricing and phones are average. Run of the mill. I liked the hip hop they played during my visit.
