Lewis is the man. I switch to tmobile from Verizon and the process was a little stressful, for that I give tmobile 1 star. But on the way Lewis handled my situation, he deserves 5. This guy was so helpful on answering my questions and going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Good job buddy! I will suggest this location to everyone including friends and family. Make sure to ask for Lewis.

The staff is amazing!! Ethan you rock! The store manager (sorry I didnt get your name) you went above and beyond to get us a FREE phone. I mean seriously to go out of your way like that for something that doesnt make you money. You have earned our loyalty for sure. More than that we will recommend you to everyone we know! Keep at it... excellent service is still appreciated!!

Got a text about a promotion, went here and they told me I wasnt eligible. Then why did I get this text message? They checked and still wasnt eligible. Got a call from T-Mobile, asked how my experience was and I told them I wasted my time. They checked on it and said that I WAS eligible. So I dont know why they lied to me at this location, thanks for wasting my time

Half the staff here are rude and disrespectful as it gets. A few months ago I switched my plan to pre-paid or so I thought, and they told me to my face they did it. It never happened. T Mobile lost a customer and I went to another provider. Two months and 200$ stolen from me.
