I went to this store to activate my ATT Go Phone. The rep activated my phone and charged my credit card for a monthly usage plan. Before I left the store, I asked her to test the phone, just to make sure it worked. It didnt work. Over 45 minutes later, she finally told me my phone was an older 2G only phone and was no longer compatible with ATTs network. She and the store manager refused to refund the money I spent to activate my useless Go Phone and kept the SIM card I had purchased from them.

Jack is the manager at this at&t and he was awesome! Wonderful customer service and very attentive and helpful! It seemed all the employees there were and I havent been to one at&t that was like this! Will be coming back to this location for sure! Thank you so much for all your help!

This is the best at&t branch to go to! So nice and helpful everytime. Our friends and family drives from Denton, Flower Mound and Keller to go here when other branches are not helpful. Highly recommend- they have a small town mentality with great customer service.
