I went to visit the Verizon store at 10am on a Saturday morning. Chris had set me up with an appointment to get my Upgrade. He was so helpful and I couldnt wait to come in! I met James and Daymian who were nothing but helpful, courteous, funny, and informative. I didnt have to walk around the store aimlessly trying to figure out the best phone for our family. Walked out feeling fly with my new LG G5. Ill be honest, I forgot it was a business transaction. I had so much fun at this location, learned so much about my new phone, and really felt at home. If you are thinking about switching to Verizon, try and make it to this Alliance area. Daymian is an incredibly sweet guy who wants to make sure you not only have the best phone but the best experience with Verizon customer service. And though I wasnt working directly with James, he was so friendly and offered so many different perspectives...on life, on technology, on EVERYTHING. I JUST HAD A GREAT TIME. THESE GUYS MADE ME LOVE VERIZON ALL OVER AGAIN.

Okay, I went to the store about a month ago with a defective Samsung G5 on a busy Saturday afternoon and was very pleased with my service. Not only were they totally curteous and professional but they bent over backwards on rearranging the phones in my family, reattaching expensive glass protectors from one phone to another, and coordinating with getting me a replacement phone for my G5 as it had a few days to go under warranty. They also helped uprade my sons phone and made sure that he knew he could get a VR headset for video games for free when he got the Samsung G7 (which he took advantage of and loved). All in all, these guys are now going to be the Verizon store I go to in the future.

This is NOT a verzion store, just a vendor, if you have issues with your phone, they WILL NOT help. They will just tell you to call verizon, they also do sketchy contracts. I spent $1,100 on three phones with new contracts, that was including a $206 "HASSLE FREE" insurance. Once I had issues they simply said, "oh thats an outside insurance coverage, this is the number you need to call, thats all we can do" Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I saved a guy from being a victim while I was in there, he was wanting to renew his contract I told him they were just a vendor. He as the sales guy and he had to be honest with him, he told him "well we arent a autgorized dealer".

Went in to buy a screen protector for my iPhone. Very limited selection. Sales person was unable to answer my questions about the one screen protector they carried for my phone. Tried to get me to buy two of them so I could get a coupon. When I asked about the difference between their store and a regular Verizon store, he could not answer that question either. Not very knowledgeable. I bought the screen protector because I was in a rush. When he installed the protector on my phone, he left three small particles between the protector and the screen.

We had a very pleasant, stress free experience changing our wireless service from another carrier to Verizon. James helped us through the process explaining the plan details and the switch over process. He was very friendly an helpful and not the least bit pushy. Since we did the " bring your own phone" deal this wasnt a big ticket sale for him but we were treated like we spent a lot of $$$. Totally transparent transaction. Everything explained in detail and written out for us. Couldnt be happier!

This place is not actually Verizon just a vendor and therefore just like buying a used car from a crappy dealership. They work on commission and will say anything to make the sale. Had a huge issue and a month later resulted in Jimmy, the manager, hanging up on me telling me to call the Verizon main number for problems... Barry is a bad salesman and is not honest about contract details. Read over your contract and be ready to be screwed at this place.

Julian went above and beyond helping our family get 4 phones. He was professional and patient. There was some kind of fraud on our account and he helped get that taken care of then he stayed one hour past close to hep us with the phone set up and moving contacts etc... We never felt rushed or that he was put out. Julian did an amazing job with our family and I wish all our customer service experiences were as amazing as our Friday night with Julian.

This location is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure they solve any problem you have. I went the a different location first, man bad mistake! Glad I went into this store! Daymiane (I am pretty sure I totally butchered your name in spelling....sorry!!) And the store manager is definitely awesome too! You guys are rockstars and I highly recommend this store!

This store is a joke. They ordered a phone for me on Saturday, called on Monday and stated the phone was at the store and ready for me to pick up. When I arrived at the store to pick up the phone the response was "I am so sorry someone sold the phone to a different customer, but come back tomorrow and we will have one". This is not an actual Verizon Store and does not care if they Jeep customers happy.

I went to the new Corporate Version Center and was not happy with the customer service I received and then I came to the Go Wireless Center and met this wonderful young man ,Kenneth Denton, who gave me great one -on -one personal service and was so patient to teach me a lot of things on my new phone, I definitely will recommend this company to everyone and especially Kenneth, what a great guy!

My husband and I were long overdue for phone upgrades and a cheaper plan. Daymian was extremely patient and thorough in taking us through our options, and he saved us significant money. A couple of other staffers had to lend a hand, too, because our phones and contract were so (embarrassingly) old. We found the friendliness and level of service to be pretty exceptional here. This place has the best customer service around!!!! They will fill out rebates for you and show you everything about your phone! I left there feeling like an expert about my phone. To top it all off they have the best phone deals compared to other stores. I would recommend if you are with Verizon to go see them next time you are in the market for a new phone!

James Hnisdo and Daymian Marshall are the absolute best! Their customer service is amazing. On a super busy night where I saw customer after customer come in with issues that needed to be dealt with they were kind, patient and knowledgeable. They took care of everyone with speed and accuracy. And my new phone is amazing!
