Got checked in by the manager who seemed to be standing around rather then helping customers. He then let us wait 30-45 mins while allowing customers who came in after us to be helped before we were. Basically skipping us in line twice. He knew we noticed because he apologized as we walked out of the store visibly upset. Horrible customer service. I guess since we are doing upgrades and not spending money in his store we werent important!

My mom has been having issue with her iPhone 5 for several weeks. We had been to several other Verizon locations and she was either told there was nothing she could do. However, the representative at this location was able to solve the issue with the storage and the phone seems to be fully functional for now. He was very patient and diligent in getting at the root of the issue(s). I would highly recommend this location.

Great place to go and check out the services and products offered by Verizon. The staff member I spoke too was vet attentive and provided me all the information I needed. Will definitely go back to the same store again to sign up for the services they offer.

This store is terrible. If you have to go to a Verizon store, please skip this one and either call on the phone or visit one in a different area. I figured that since it was in Southlake, it would be nice, but I was wrong.
