My parents went in to look at potential phones. In the end they decided to get new smart phone. It was represented to them that they were purchasing phone and going to continue to be month to month on my account with our other 5 phone lines. They were not given their contract as there were printer issues. Suprise, suprise - the fee they paid was a partial fee and they are now locked into another two year contract with a higher monthly payment. Several months later we final got a copy of the contract. It had forged signatures. My mother had just had hand surgery and could barelywrite, the contract had a perfect signature that was not close to her signature when she could write. My dads did not match either. When we went back to the store to ask that they make things right we have been told that this store is not actually owned by Verizon, it is actually affiliated. Verizon corporate has also been very hard to get involved. Stay away from this store, extremely disppointed to the point that I will start moving all of my accounts away as soon as possible.

I had a nice experience and helpful salesman when I upgraded my Note 4 to a Note 7 and our Note 2 to an LG phone. My phone had to be ordered so, when I got the new phone, I took the old and new to get help switching all the data and apps and contacts to the new phone. Now, the guy who helped me was getting no sales commission for his help but youd have never known that by his actions! He went above and WAY beyond to help me to go through 3000+ contacts, 1 by 1 to help make sure that none were missed because of the importance of those contacts for my business. It took us about 2 hours and he never wearied and was so upbeat and helpful! Who ever the manager is for Verizon, they need to clone this young man and even have him train all of their staff to teach them what Customer Service really is! Im a loyal person to those who genuinely care about my needs. Thank you Kevin Crowl. Youre a TEN!

Unfortunately I have had to visit this location a few times in the past week or two due to phone problems, but the staff here made my visit much more enjoyable. I am greeted at the door and sat down within a minute of entering the store. They are always very helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. The last two gentleman I worked with (Nathan and ...Mike.. I believe?) have exceptional customer service and are very pleasurable to speak with, however all of the other staff I have encountered are great as well. I would definitely recommend this Verizon location to anyone needing help or advice about their phone or plan.

Chris R I met Chris today and purchased a new W phone. He also sold me a tablet. He was very patient and helped me to understand how to use the tablets. He answered all my questions and he is very knowledgeable and can explain how both the tablet and the phone worked. He even came to my home to demonstrate how the printer would work with my new purchases. I have been a Verizon customer for about 15 years and it is the people like Chris and the service they give that keeps me coming back to Verizon. I would recommend Verizon to anyone looking for good products and great service.

Watch out for this store. First of all they pushed off a tablet as being "free" to anyone walking in the door that day forgetting to mention that you have a two year commitment on it and it is a slow, old model that they are trying to get rid of. Secondly, this store will charge you a set-up fee telling you it is an activation fee for the phone. Guess what! You get your Verizon bill and you have your activation fee on there. I highly recommend you do not buy here. Go to an actual Verizon Wireless store to ensure you dont get ripped off.

Went to Verizon to upgrade four iphones and Mickey Robertson was there to help. This man went above and beyond for me and my three children. There were ups and downs, due to other associates, but Mickey took care of it. He went as far as working late on Christmas eve to assure my kids had their Christmas gifts on time. Anytime Ive had an issue this man took care of it. Ive been with Verizon for 15 years and was thinking about switching, I can honestly say because of Mickey I decided to stay.

Since Im a Verizon customer I went to this store this morning to get questions answered regarding my Samsung Note phone, no other customers in store. However, the person in the store didnt want to help, he continually gave evasive non answers to my questions. The tone of his answers were, "dont bother me"! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dont recommend this Verizon store if you are looking for good after the sale service..

Just got done visiting the Verizon store in Colleyville, Tx where, after having already worked 11 hours, Chase upgraded mine and my wifes phones. Chase was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient while helping us set everything up. I would gladly recommend Chase to anyone in need of Verizon services.

Bought my new pixel phone during the first few days after launch. The staff hadnt yet been trained on the phone and some of the set up process unique to the new phone. The store didnt have many accessories stocked for the new phone. The store is new. And the staff was friendly and patient.

Jason was super helpful. This store was new, clean, and best of all, fast! We didnt know it was there but saw it while on our way to the Verizon store we usually use and were glad we did. We got better service than we usually get and there was no wait.

We were able to get right in and make changes to our plan via phone. When it came time to upgrade my phone they had to bring out a couple of phones to look at because there are NO phones on display. We had to drive to another store to look at phones.

Fees and charges were not adequately explained. Was charged an upgrade fee by the store and again by Verizon. This was never mentioned during upgrade activation of new phone. Double-dipping on the same fess charged by the carrier is shameful.
