This is the worst store ever every time Ive been up there they gave me wrong information and cost me money they told me my AT&T phones will work on their network so I switched over and we had nothing but problems with our phone so I had to buy T mobile phones and all the store want to do was give me a t-shirt for cost 1500 dollars for the phones And then I tried to switch my tablet up and Nakoma Sprint network would not work on our systems so I call customer service for T Mobile and they told me yes it will work on their network dont go to the store

Our person was Renee, and she was great! Answered all of our questions and since we got the phones, weve had to go back a couple times for various things and they always fix the problem! (My husband has lost TWO phones, and they just print out a new SIM card for him and BAM, hes set!) So very much happier than we were with AT&T! And its not just the local store thats been great, but the customer service over the phone and with the company, as a whole. Intend to stay with them!

Worst experience ever. I went there to take a new phone, but came out of there with disappointments. No greetings when I enter the store. I was asking some questions regarding my account, but the employee there were making me rush to buy a phone. "Are you going to buy a phone!!" this question was asked when I asked for few time to think about. Would never go there again.

Over priced & incompetent staff who lie about costs & change billing dates at a seconds notice. Im not the only one who fed up with T-Mobile!! But clean store which is why I gave this place 2 stars.
