I went to the store to ask general questions and the store manager auto sign me up for an iphone 6 plus without my permission. then he said he is making mistake . he will correct it. but he never corrected it. so now sprint is billing me for an active account of an iphone 6 plus. which I never have one in my hand or a sprint phone number. I went to the retail store and calling sprint customer at least 4 times. and they never taking the fraud problem . if I am on the phone . they tell me to go to the store to get that take care. and when I went to the store. they told me to call 1800 to get that take care. this is the worst experienced I have with the brand. Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation) Desired Outcome Description: sprint is not only owning me an apology and compensation me for this fraud was done by this now no longer work there manager. it is show a bad mark on my credit report for not paying bill and late on charge. again. on a fraud account. that was never authorizied. as of today. Sprint is still refusing to taking my problem. this is sick.

We have 4 lines with Sprint I shouldve cancelled when we were going to cancel this past September, they were running the BOGO and again buy 1 get a free phone for activating a new line, our bill should be 4 lines $120 monthly, low and behold I just found out Sprint has been charging me for the FREE PHONE they gave me?? What the heck, theyve screwed us around for the last time..,if I could cancel this contract without having to pay a fee I wouldve already....SO sick of this...and weve been with them for 4 years now shouldve gone with Walmarts Plans instead like I had planned. Not a Happy customer at all. The only good thing about the store is the Employees and management they try to give you a good plan. But then some where along the way it gets messed up,

I guess the mimume is one star, i wish i can give them ZERO star. When we switch to them from ATT and told us that we have a full month to cancel and we wont be charged stocking fee. after trying their service it sucked. The internet is very slow and you cant call and use the internet at the same time and their coverage is THE WOREST. When we went to cancel, they charged us stocking fee and they did not keep their words. and forget about that 30 days guarantee. it does not mean anything. that is a cheap way to make money. WOREST COMPAY EVER. DONT GO TO SPRINT.

Gustavo "helped" me and my husband activate 2 lines. Wich took him 3 hours and ask his coworker about 10 times what to do.He got everything wrong and i couldnt access my account. Called cust. Serv and they said i had to go back to the store to give them my info AGAIN. Called sprint at ne mall and this other guy said he couldnt help me change anything through the phone (even when i explained the whole thing and gave him the associates name) Honestly i hope u dont have to step on this sprint ever again.

West and gustavo are the best they helped us out got us started into great new phones they gave us a great deal where supper friendly and patient answered all our question and concerns if you dont like ur phone plan switch over to sprint and go to west or gustavo for a great experience they are truly the best they work great as a team and have great Customer service Thank you so much guys!!!

The people that work here suck! I have been to the store 3 times in less than a week trying to get my upgrade and have gotten different information from 3 different people and surprise I still dont have my upgrade!! They need to get their information straight, so they can actually help their customers instead of making them run around in circles.... I wont be coming back to this location.

I have been shopping around for a better deal and was blown away at how cheap Sprint is vs everyone else(even metro PCS which I have had for years). Julian and Gustavo were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services. I didnt think switching carriers would be so easy. Thanks for the superior customer service!!!

Finally, Sprint hired some staff that actually cares about customer service. Naylynn Gaines was awesome, and I cant forget how great Gredhes Sierra was too. Thanks for making our experience painless. I have been a customer for many years, and thanks to today, I will remain one.

horrible experience. .they always take forever. I returned my itm and they told me it would be back on my account 3-5 business days. ..that was two months ago. every time I call they say give it more time.. Im glad I never signed a contract
