I went to this store because it had better reviews than the other stores, but I dont know why it does. My phone died last night, it is completely unresponsive, and Ive had it less than a year. The water indicator strip had a little corner of it red, so they assumed I damaged it, even after telling them that I hadnt dropped it in water, or near water, so I have no idea how it turned red. The lady who "helped" me seemed to know nothing about phones, and even less about customer service. When asking what my options are, she said it would be about 450 to send it in through them, or 175 to send it through the insurance I have. When I asked why it would cost to much to send it in when I hadnt damaged it, because its clearly just a faulty phone, she said that they might find that it isnt water damage, but then that would be bad for the store. Those exact words "but it would be bad for the store" came out of her mouth, more than once. I didnt really understand what that meant, so I asked her to clarify. She didnt want me to send it in through them because when they did find that it wasnt damaged because of me, they would charge the store, which isnt really my problem, seeing as Im the customer. I will not be returning to this store, and Im seriously considering leaving t mobile all together. I now dont have a choice, and have to send it in to insurance, which will cost me almost 200 bucks that I shouldnt have to spend, and leave me without a phone for the next three days. I might try another store, but this one had the best rating, and it was complete bullshit so I cant imagine anyone else would do something to help me. Apparently at T-mobile, its the store that comes first, not the customer.

This store has the most knowledgable phone nerds of any t-mobile store ive been to. If you want to know about smartphones (android, winmo) before you buy one, ask these guys. That, and them not pestering you every five minutes, will make this my home store.

My wife and I got new phones today from eddie, he was very helpful and stayed in our budget! We came here because of good reviews, and are very satisfied. Far less pushy and creepy than the store on rufe snow by my house.

Terrible customer service. They do not even acknowledge that you enter the building. And the wait is terribly long if you get waited on at all before you see the need to leave.

The site was clean and the staff was nice, but this is yet another store that lied and came up with more fees Ive never heard of.
