We tried to add a phone and line to our corporate account-First Carlos helped us and we had a phone we took in there and he put the sim card in, added it to our account and charged us --then when the phone didnt work-they first said we didnt bring the phone, then it was just that they couldnt unlock it--all they had to do was tell us that from the beginning but Carlos didnt check the phone after installing the sim and when we went back the manager Eric was very rude-I called Eric to get help and he was still rude-Made one call to the location on Little Road where we set up the account originally and all was taken care of!!! All ERIC had to do was say we needed to purchase an additional phone-we just purchased 8 phones and 4 Ipads from the first location--he never even offered a solution!!!

Spencer LIED to me about what changing my contract entailed. When confronted with the issue he blew me off like I wasnt important. Between my boyfriend and I, we have been with T-Mobile for 16 years. I have NEVER been so disappointed with a company. When I called customer care they referred me to the store. 7 days in and I have YET to hear from ANYONE including the manager. I finally went onto Facebook and complained on their Facebook page. Within an hour, my problem was fixed. This is pathetic and discouraging. A company such as T-Mobile should treat their customers better.

I didnt wait long at all but I have the jump on demand plan and I have had my phone for 18 mo. I got a text that said I have to upgrade or I have to pay off the $170 remainder of the phone. This store wouldnt let me upgrade because of a few little dings on the corner of the phone. Everything else is in pristine condition. I know I have upgraded worse phones than this one.

After 16 years of Sprint we switched to T-Mobile at this office. We liked Sprint, but the coverage inside the walls of Arlington High School where my wife works was terrible. The T-Mobile The folks at T-Mobile were great. They made the transition easy. The coverage.
