I was faced with shelling out $600-$700 for a new iPhone after the one I have had for years started turning on and off repeatedly. It was either that or finance a new iPhone, but I could just not justify either option. The AT&T Store told me my phone was long gone and the Apple store told me there was nothing they could do. I even looked at buying a used iPhone but they were in the $300-$400 range which was still way more than I wanted to spend. I have had my phone screen replaced before at Fix it Fast Cellular Repair months prior so I thought as a last effort before buying a new phone, I would see if they could help me. Sure enough, after all the nos and let-downs I experienced from Apple and AT&T, they were able to fix my phone no problem! Quick service, great location, extremely professional and attentive staff with great customer service. Omar was the associate who helped me and he was awesome! They saved me time and money, I now have a place I can always count on should something go wrong with my iPhone. 5 Stars, highly recommend!

An honest review: Fix It Fast had a replacement screen in-stock for my Nexus 5 phone, which is a little rare and I was impressed they had it. Their pricing was excellent compared to others. I brought my phone in to have the cracked screen replaced and they were done in 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. However, I had a couple of follow-up issues with the phone. The notification LED was not aligned so I returned to Fix It Fast and they corrected within 30 minutes. Later that day, I noticed the new screen was separating from the body of the phone. The glue wasnt holding any longer. Another phone call and one more trip and they once again were happy to correct the problem. So, I give 4 stars because I had to make 2 additional trips. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated in the future but I am very thankful they fixed the phone for me. I still recommended this place to all my co-workers and friends.

They do not take appointments and when I walked into the store to get my phone screen repaired, nobody was there and I had to wait about 10 minutes to talk to somebody. Once I spoke with an employee, I was told he was the only one there and that itd be 2 hours until my phone could be serviced. So to kill time, I went to the shops across the street, went to lunch, and when I came back, a different employee was there and told me it would be about 2 hours until my phone could be serviced. When I told her that the other employee told me to come back at the time I came back at and that I had already been waiting for 2 hours,, she checked with him and said, "Well people keep coming in so its going to be another 2 hours or so." Absolutely horrible customer service and a huge waste of my time.

So Frustrating!!! I called them at 4 PM and asked them if they would be able to fix the screen on my iPad Air. They said of course and quoted me a price. I took time out of my day to drive over there just to have them tell me that they would have to keep it overnight and that the price was higher. Neither of which would be a big deal on its own. However when you tell someone that it can be fixed today and they make time to drive over there, honor your word and dont say oh we have repairs. Apparently in the 10 minutes it took me to drive over there they got all booked up despite having an empty store. All I got was a bad attitude.

Having trouble moving my pictures from my old phone to my replacement phone. Had taken to Sprint twice & called Sprint Customer Service once. Husband was out of town & had to return old phone that day. I called he said bring it in. Me not being that tech savvy, he was very nice, patient & explained everything. I WILL Definitely use him in the future for phone repair. Highly Recommend!! Thank you for taking time to time to help me. Dont come across people very much anymore whos willing to make an effort to help.

My daughters iPhone 6s screen started ghosting (random keys hitting without rhyme or reason). Id had the screen replaced a few months back by FixitFast. Apple store tried to sell me a new phone, said FIF wouldnt do anything and it was a software update rejecting the screen. AT&T store told me the same thing and tried to charge me $400 to pay it off & get a new pone. Went back to FixitFast (should have gone there first) and they gladly took it back and fixed it in 45 minutes flat. Works great now. Highly recommend!

I recently got my iphone 6 screen replaced by them. They did it really fast and for a decent price. Everything seemed great. Then I noticed that the screen they replaced my original one with was not as high quality. The resolution is bad and the energy use on it is very poor. Before my screen broke the battery lasted all day now I have to charge it 3 to 4 times a day. This has become very annoying. Before using their services I would recommend asking them if they are using "OEM" parts or if they are cheap copies.

My 16 year-old tripped and her I-phone slammed into the tile flooring, shattering the lcd screen. Her heart was broken - shed had the phone only six months. We found this shop just down the street from our house. I read the rave reviews of the company, so we had to try it. We are extremely happy with the service provided, the cost, and the technicians who did the replacement. Cannot say enough nice things about them!! Very good service and great personnel. I will spread the good word about them. Thank you!!

I just wanted to say thanks to Omar. I had an issue with my charging port. Went to fix it fast and yes the name of the store does live by that. Omar was able to help me fix my charging port within 10 minutes. He didnt even charge me for it. Great customer service. Im very impress with the professionalism fix it fast staff had showed me. I would recommend fix it fast to my friends and family! Thanks again Omar you are a true hero!

Just dropped in with my IPhone 5s screwed up screen which AT&T had advised was broken and would require a new unit at $300 plus but in 30" Shellie assured a quick fix....voila, my 5s was fully operational with all applications/contents intact in 30" as promised....Shellie was both knowledgeable and cordial....Consult with this shop if you have a laptop/cell phone problem...you wont be disappointed....Good Job Shellie......

AT&T said I need my charging port replaced. I came here expecting to pay $50+. They cleaned it for free and it is charging perfect. Took less than two minutes. They could have made money off my ignorance, but they didnt. What a great experience. I recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs.

I went there in April to get my Iphone 6s plus screen fixed. It was done very quickly but very crappy. My touch screen has became really sensitive/ regularly spazzes out and my siri somehow can no longer hear. This has been going on ever since i got my screen fixed. Also my keyboard barely works.
