Just had the worst interaction I have ever experienced with this location. I have been a customer for over 8 years and today sealed the fact its time to change. Sold me a phone for 300 bucks and when it stops working and I go into the place and ask if they will switch my phone to an old phone I had they told me it would be $15. Ok well I just dropped 300 on a broke phone can you just switch it for me so I have something to use? GM laughs at me sorry its 15 bucks you just have to pay. OK well thats a pretty crappy policy who can I complain to? No one I am the GM. Ok there is no one above you and you are completely unaccountable? Yup lol thats 15 dollars.

Sold me a defective phone, did not have good customer service. Girl was on her phone the whole time while trying to sell me a phone. Waiting on a replacement phone. Told me Tuesday, i rushed from one part of the city to the other, with a sick kid to make it there before they closed. Just for them to tell me its not it yet and i paid for a glass screen protector and they still dont have it in. After 2 and half weeks!!!!!!!!

Not a proper representation of the metro pcs brand as an authorized dealer. On two occasions this particular location has been very hard to interface with when it comes to customer service. Please I implore you to go to other location in Grapevine. #unprofessional
