DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE WAS AWFUL!!!! While nothing awful happened in the store the after math has been a headache ever since. I switched to AT&T from Sprint on 02/14/2017 the guy that was helping me was named Ben. I purchased iCloud storage at the AT&T store to back up my photos and information on my phone. The back up was taking a long time I had already been at the store for a couple hours at this point. Ben offered to keep my phone safe while it backed up so I could go home...mistake #1 on my part. The back up never went through so when I called the store later that night ben had left and did NOT tell any of the other employees about my phone. So they erased everything off of it and packaged it up to sent off the next day. I lost ALL of my photos and contacts....this was my personal and work phone. I call the store and they tell me they can give me a free screen protector for my troubles...are you F***ING kidding me? Then I call AT&T and file a complaint against the store. AT&T tells me that someone from that stores corporate (since its an authorized dealer AT&T doesnt own it) would be in contact with me within 5 business days. I waited 2 weeks heard nothing from them so I called AT&T AGAIN complaining about how they (meaning that stores corporate office) obviously arent concerned with customer service since no one is trying to help me fix this issue. Finally this issue gets resolved by AT&T even though it was not their mistake and im a happy customer for a couple weeks. Problem #2 while signing up they were having issues with their ipads and porting my number from sprint so I had to sign the paperwork like 5 times...annoying but I didnt think anything of it at the time I was excited to get my new phone. Well turns out they opened several lines in my name I realized when I started getting suspension letters but my account was paid so I called AT&T AGAIN. They corrected the error and apologized for the mistake. AT&T also credited my account so my next bill was paid for. Problem #3 ben told me in the store that up to $650 of my remaining sprint bill could be paid that I just had to submit my bill online...no problem right? WRONG ben forgot to inform me that turning your phone in comes out of that $650. So when I got my money back for my $750 sprint bill I was shocked to see they only gave me $430 of it. I called AT&T AGAIN let them know the issue they informed that the phone does come out of the $650 but they could see that there was issues with this store already so they credited my account for 1/2 of the remaining balance of the $650. Happy customer again all the issues are over right? HAHAHA WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! Got an email this morning saying I owed $250 I called AT&T AGAIN since my account is on auto draft and still has money in it from all these credits Ive been getting for all these issues. The girl asks me if I got an iPad on the day I signed up...NO I DID NOT. She fixes it and once again apologizes on behalf of this store. NOT ONCE HAS THE STORE SOLVED ANY OF MY ISSUES. THANKFULLY AT&T HAS BEEN VERY KIND TO ME AND GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX THESE ISSUES. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING TO THIS STORE AT ALL. BUNCH OF A$$HOLES.

If I could give them no stars I would, this store has horrible customer service! My sister and I waited almost 3 hrs to be helped. We watched people walk in and out. These people dont speak to you, and for employees that supposedly work for some commission, they walk past a store full of customers to leave for the day! The service is past despicable. I have 5 cell phone lines, 2 tablets, Internet service and phone service through AT&T, and Ive been with them for over 20 years and through 2 different name and company changes! This is the most pathetic store Ive ever seen in all my years as a customer. I will be changing service providers as soon as all my contracts are up. Anything is better than these people. If this is the kind of service they support, they can have it all and continue to loose customers! Sorry excuse for a customer service provider, and place of business, if you can go to any other store, please go! Whatever you do dont subject yourself to this catastrophic failure!

I have been an ATT customer for 10-15 years. Started with a home phone line and DSL cable and then progressed to 3 cell phones with Uverse TV as well as internet. Recently my wife went there for some tech support and was treated very rudely. I think that I will be changing providers once this contract is complete. There is no reason to treat someone like she was treated. Basically the agent told her to leave that they only sell phones, they dont provide customer service.

This Store is Criminals, I paid my payment in Cash and they said it was paid and he handed me my envelope back, I didnt think I would get ripped off in a At&T Store and I didnt look for my Receipt, When I went to pay my Bill in September the Bill showed no payment for August, I checked my envelope to see if Receipt was in there and its not, so now AT&T wants to be paid again, Watch out for this Store.

Just like the rest of these posts the employees didnt know what they were doing and they told me I needed a new phone or get it repaired and after going to a phone repair shop that they referred me too I was told that their was nothing wrong with my phone as far as repairs and they told me that this ATT location sends people to them all the time and they dont know what they are talking about.

I went in store because I could not receive voicemail. After 3 hours I walked out with SD card wiped clean, factory settings and the same problem. They said I needed a new phone. I left crying. Went to the store on 114 and W D Tate and was in there 10 minutes . The young man fixed my problem,apologized for the day before and downloaded apps that would help me. I gave him a hug and left.

Great customer service considering we ended up not buying anything. Very polite and not pushy. They werent just trying to make a sale at the expense of customer satisfaction which is rare these days.
