I am not sure what Mr. Franklin is talking about but when I visited, I was greeted very nice by two girls. I went in to purchase a phone and other accessories and they were very helpful choosing the phone that fits my lifestyle. Since then, Im a regular customer here. So far, Im loving the device and loving the service I get when I visit the store!

I love the company of Metro, but the women who work at this store are extremely unhelpful and rude. Every question I would ask, they would just shrug at me. They also refused to let me exchange my phone case for another one even though there was nothing wrong with it and I had only had it for 6 days.

Went in to change devices. The girl had no idea what was going on and did not care. The only thing missing here was a bag of donuts. Lazy! Im glad there is a metro pcs on every corner in this city so i never have to go back to lazy girl.
