I got my first phone from these guys 10 years ago. My god how times change. I remember that place buzzing with phone zombies all the time I was only 16. Im talking about when the juke came out. The razor was the iPhone of its time. I had the phone with the play button and volume knob on the front. High school SUCKED but at least I have cool phone with a play button and volume knob on front. Even though I have no music and Ill get it taken up if its seen. At least I have you cool phone. Saw parents freakin out yelling at the reps because the kid broke the phone and they didnt get insurance so would have been forced to pay retail. Kid just standing there awkwardly. Poor kid watching his dads idiotic example. Like rules are rules brah. They had counters with phonetards ligning up like give me phoooone. I actually think millennials biggest nostalgic moments will be reflecting on growing with the growth of the phone industry. Phone with massive buttons for old people. Phone that looked like a boulder and was like all adventure cool guy Im ganna go mountain biking in the Rockies and deep sea fish from this floating log I found. Then first smart phones came out. Peopl like lol wut. Now all phones clones and as versatile as the case allows it to be and it brings versatility to ones life instead of just looking cool. Ridicules lmao. Now that place is clean cut and you can get a phone in like 10 minutes via nice lady with iPad. If you are a working individual and qualify the process is easier and less awkward than ordering a large number 2 at Mc Donalds. I got an iPhone 6s after being with a go phone for years and this thing is as gnar as getting pitted at pipeline in Hawaii. Lindsey helped me out and did great. Management said have a nice day when I was leaving which makes me think theyre not the type of establishment filled with pricks that judge the costumers which btw is a bounding accomplishment on its own and its very easy todo yet so impossibly hard to maintain at the same time because the world is extremely judgmental. To give you an example. Remember when staring was impolite? Now people watching is an epidemic. Which is disgusting. And I was very happy with this whole experience. The management also texted me to make sure everything was cool. And I said yes was awesome to will leave review and they said Have a great day! Thank you!! Which is a sign of a very humane clan. And Verizon has gotten a lot faster service wise and less annoying with the commercials. Hey Verizon in Grapevine... Youre good.

I rarely leave reviews, but heads up. The interaction with Verizon was easy and simple enough. I quickly got the product I wanted and was able to pay using an iPad terminal that was quick and painless. I had little to no wait time, although thats to be expected in the middle of an afternoon. The person that helped me was friendly enough and made a couple of helpful recommendations. My problem came from being lied to though. I called Verizon customer service to inquire about purchasing an accessory and was told that I qualified for a discount because of the corporate plan I am on. I didnt want to wait for shipping so I called this store asking if they would also be able to provide me the corporate discount. They told me yes. When I got to the store and was ready to pay, I was told that Bluetooth devices dont qualify for the corporate discounts, only certain other accessories. I was disappointed by wanted the headset so I purchased it at full price. About two weeks later I called Verizon customer service again and during my conversation with the rep, the discount came up again and she mentioned that Bluetooth headsets do qualify for the corporate discount. I told her my story and asked her to confirm that the corporate store would have been able to provide me with a discount, and she said "Yes, the reps there usually just want the commissions though". The corporate rep was great, she helped me return and exchange the headset so hopefully the dishonest lady in the store doesnt get any extra commission. But I hate being lied to and want to make sure everyone who sees this knows to be careful of what these in-store reps tell you.

Terrible place to shop for a phone. I walk in, looking for an upgrade, and the salesman that spoke with me, only wanted to sell me the most expensive phone there, He cared nothing at all about any of the other phone. He thought I absolutely need a $350 dollar phone. So I ended up getting a phone, only to have him say, oh sorry, we dont actually have that one in stock. So I ask if any other store nearby has the phone. He didnt even look it up. He just told me, "nope, theyre all out" So I ask, well what other stores are nearby? Around a 20 mile radius or so? He said "none, the southlake place closed and that was the ONLY other one around here within 20 miles." Crap, absolute crap. He cared more about his commission than the costumer. SO then he promises to have it shipped to my door by friday.....Ordered it wednesday....As of friday, the package with my phone is still in Memphis, TN.......So please tell me, is everyone who works at this store complete scum?

We purchased a phone from this location. The sales rep was rude and we found him personally annoying to work with. We were more knowledgeable about the phone we were buying than him and he admitted he didnt know much about the phone or the accessories. We knew the phone we were looking for and thought we knew the promotional pricing. The sales rep didnt explain any of it and we later found out there were additional promotions he never mentioned. He also failed to explain key elements of the primary promotion even after i inquired about our plan pricing. They were more interested in selling you overpriced accessories than providing for the customer. We had to visit another Verizon the following day to learn all the promotional details and have phone contacts transferred over. Do not visit here. I wont be back ever. Poor quality service.

I found out I couldnt activate my phone since my mother is the account holder (Im 18) it annoyed me but I acted calmly only to be told "maybe when you are older you will understand the importance of privacy" at this point I just stopped and looked at him because I was astounded at the tone he had just used towards a customer. Then he decided to actually scream at me as I walked out the door telling me "dont glare at me like that!" when my mother decided to come by later he claimed I had cursed him out and told her smugly "you dont know what happened since we were the only ones here" I never cursed him out and Ive never been so badly insulted as a customer in my life.

The store delivers poor customer service. They have little care if you leave satisfied. The staff is not knowledgeable about products and services. The single most frustrated thing is they dont tell you what youll need in order to transfer service. Two trips to the store in one day later and I still havent been able to transfer my service. Better off with another carrier or at least another Verizon location.
