I went around two weeks ago and there was some guy there. he did not even smile he was on the phone the whole time i was standing there. he did not even say to hold on or excused the call he acted like he was talking to a customer but he was on a personal call. dude how rude you are having customers in front of you waiting in line and you did not even acknowledge helping them. i asked for Linda it took him 5 minutes to respond and tell me she was off that day. he did not even ask if i needed help with anything else. i work in a stressful office everyday so i know my job is more stressful on a daily basis, but he acts like its even stressful for him being there. Linda is an awesome amazing person very helpful and very professional. and explains everything in detail. that is why i go when she is there. this guy does not have manners and does not know about professionalism. he does not have the people skills or customer service experience. he should get a warehouse job. Linda your awesome. and this is no means for you. its for your employee who should start looking for another type of job.

This was my first visit. Dude was not a all cheerful or talkative, but explained the phones and pricing and got me in and out of the store as quick as he could. Thats really all I need from a phone store.
