This is the most awful place with the worst service ever. The guy charged me a 5 dollar fee for reconnecting my cell number and another 20 dollars for a new SIM card saying that its the new policy of Simple Mobile -- my service provider. When I contacted Simple Mobile they said there is no such charge!! Moreover, when you use your credit or debit card you will be charged an additional 2.50 cents on your account because his credit card/debit card reader is actually recognized as an ATM machine by most banks. However, the guy will not tell you this. If you have respect for yourself PLEASE keep away from this store. They are basically cheap SCAMS. Worst experience Ive had at a cell phone shop.

This place is a scam, I went to buy a galaxy s4 factory unlocked that he post on craigslist and he was trying to sell me a jailbroken s4 and when I asked for the s4 factory unlocked he pulled another one and sold it to me, once I got home the phone stop working and I start serching on the internet about the phone, it was a galaxy s4 clone, I took it back next day and he refuse to give my money back or exchange it, he told me that the phone was his friends and he had already give him the money, I call the cops and they told me the only thing I could to was taking him to court. Save your time and money this guy is a scam, dont go there.

I had a horrible experience here. I believe they are nothing but scams. I went in to buy a used cell phone for virgin mobile carrier. They sold me a Blackberry that was in ok condition. An hour later the phone started acting up and would not function. I returned to complain about the problem and told me that it needed the right charger. I was foolish enough to agree to buy a charger from them. At the end I ended up throwing away the phone.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE This is a awful place! I go to this place and try to get a battery for my phone and he give me a wrong battery! And talk with him trying to get may money back! And he refused ! And he give me a Chinese brand universal charger and that its a trash! I pay 50 for the battery and he givme 10$ charger (trash).

Garbage, do NOT go here. If you want to sell, unlock, or repair a phone they charge you $10 just to hold it in their hands. Tried to unlock a phone and when I handed it to the guy behind the counter he took it, looked at it for 10 seconds, said he couldnt unlock it and tried to charge me $10 for it. Terrible place

Always willing to work with you rates never change and if you have any trouble or questions they have no problem helping you ! affordable phones for sale and even can hook up any phone you bring to him! Been with them for years and never had a problem! Over all great place. Definitely recommend!

Two stars one because they were nice people. However, I got ripped off hard. Bought a new ZTE phone from them for $200. Few days later saw the same phone new as well at Target for $64.99. Not too happy about that. So do research before buying from them. Make sure youre not getting ripped off.
