My grandparents went in to see if their services would be cheaper if they switched to Verizon. The sales rep claimed they would be. First month was over $400, and the months thereafter will be more expensive than what they were on originally. They also gave them an unnecessary tablet (which they are paying for) to serve as a replacement for their WiFi. On their plan (which is shared between 2 phones and now their home wifi), they only have enough data per month to watch approximately 1 hour of HD video before they will be charged an overage fee and run out of data for the month. The sales rep knowingly took advantage of the fact that my grandparents dont know how the technology works and now they are locked in to a 2 year contract and cant do anything about it. WARN everyone to tell their elderly family members to not do business with Verizon or to help them with this process before they are stuck paying a ridiculous amount of money every month for the next 2 years. My grandparents dont have the funds to keep paying what they are being charged, so I dont know what they are going to do.

I came to pick up the phone I was told would be ordered and here by wednesday. Well it didnt come in wednesday, or thursday, so I went to the store today (friday) to ask about it and after waiting 45 minutes...Turns out I was lied to about everything. There was no phone ordered and there will not be a phone ordered because everything she told me the previous visit was a complete lie. I have never been so irate. I will NEVER be coming back here and will never in a million years recommend this place to anyone.

Went to upgrade 3 phones waited patiently in line for 20-30 minutes. They were busy. Totally understand.... 2 people walked in and were there for 3-5 minutes and they were helped before us. Seriously thinking of switching companies because of this. Horrible customer service....

Always the longest wait. Ridiculous to have one person working and have over an hour wait everyone you go in. Very hard to get help.
