Canceled my account last week and went online to pay my final bill....the geniuses at ATT had canceled my login, so I went to a store to pay my bill. The lady helping me gave me a horrible attitude and would not help me with any of the issues I had with my bill as a part of the Alltel/ATT switchover (There were extra charges from my new phone that I was assured would not show up on my new bill and was promised that they could be credited back to me if charges did appear...well they did!). The lady logged me into the kiosk after refusing to even attempt to do something about the extra charges and then instructed me in a rude voice to slide my credit card. The machine did not accept my payment as she had pushed debit card when I told her I would be paying by credit card. She then asked me if I had another card and I said that there was nothing wrong with my card and noticed that she had selected the incorrect choice. When I told her this she asked me "do you want me to help you?" in a very snotty voice to which I responded "I think I can handle swiping a credit card" and she walked away.... Terrible Customer Service, I had to try hard to even pay my bill! Ive never had an online account closed while I still have an outstanding balance, what a joke! Avoid ATT!

AT&T IN Watertown is a typical chain store, albeit a little smaller. Its hard to complain about the service here because they have to put up with a lot of people who dont know what they are doing. They usually have things in stock and are up to date.

I have always had good service here. I have also have had 4 foreign exchange students and all of then had used At&t services and enjoyed it at the store as well. I will have an account here for a long time.

I hate this att very much rude workers wont even help you with a simple question I would be better off going to hell then coming back here avoid this place
