These guys are awesome, not even Tmobile store will give you the service like this one. The staff is amazing and super helpful. I literally had the most difficult situation after getting a buy one get one free S7 with a business account. I moved account and spilt the S7, even though it wasnt credit. Earny was able to help me with a very difficult situation. I walked stores and they wont even bother me. I called Grapevine where I purchase the phones, they were willing to just help me with it instead of saying sorry "dont want to deal with you"

Great experience from the sales grew Sunday at Grapevine Mills Mall. I went to to other stores in Euless and didnt no where near the service on a simple fix on my phone settings. One of the managers fixed the setting within 5 minutes. Thanks for the good customer service experience at Grapevine Mills Mall
