Trying to figure out a problem with my payment, because my girl accidentally payed my old phone # bill instead of my current number. Customer service wont let me speak with a real person, nor will it give me the option Im looking for, so I decided to call the store I purchased my phone from. My payment was tranfered and my phone was back on for about 7 days then it turned off randomly (hints the problem) when I called the first time I was given another customer service number and it was giving me the same options [pay now, switch plan, etc. Called back the store and the lady who answered did not seem to be interested in my case. She said shed call herself and without another word hung up in my face, I waited 15 minutes or so for a possible call back... Nothing. The lady literally just hung up on a paying customer . I use my phone for work, so its super stressful to just have my phone turn off a week into having it back on. Its not the fact she couldnt do anything about the bill herself, but the monotone, sassy attitude I was greeted with upon answering the phone all the way up to the point she hung up on me. That was NOT acceptable AT ALL and Id hate for another hard working, bill paying customer like myself to not only, not have the service I paid for, but deal with a lack of customer service during a stressful time. Rant over. Never going do buisness with this dealer again!

So I came into the store because my phone was acting up, it deleted all my contacts, and I couldnt connect to the internet. So I was frustrated to begin with because I couldnt even use my navigation to get to the place. At other cell phone stores I have had bad experiences, so my hopes werent very high. But then I met an employee there who goes by the name Charming. He guided me through all the problems I had, helped me get my contacts back and had me laughing the whole time. Give that man a promotion! Definitely recommend this store due to my delightful experience.
