Not too pleased with the service and felt rushed from start to finish. They open at 10 and I was the first customer. nobody else in the store except 2 employees; 1 dealing with me and the other in the back. They didnt really show any interest in fixing my phone (cracked screen and possible LCD issues) They quoted me $219 for the screen which is much higher than the other places I contacted. Told me I could have a possible mother board issue (AKA phone is done for) and they wouldnt take the time to look and see. All other places offered to look before asking for any cost. The lady walked into the backroom before I even walked out the front door. Just very rude and unwelcoming.

Wonderful service! I brought my Nexus 5x a while ago to get the battery replaced as it had died unexpectedly. They had to order a new battery. When replacing the battery didnt fix my phone they ran diagnostics to see what was wrong. Turns out the processor fried and the phone was a brick. They refunded me the cost of the battery, which they really didnt have to do, since they did the work. They are so much better than any other cell phone store Ive been to. Their store is clean and pleasant. I highly recommend them. It is also nice to know that they work on Androids not just iPhones like some of their competitors.

Really nice and knowledgeable people. I had a broken lens on my S7 edge and quoted me a lower price than I thought it was going to be to repair such a pricey phone. Took a look at it quickly and got me a cheaper used one that worked just as well. He was willing to give it to me free of charge by I insisted I pay for it even if discounted. Overall quick and painless visit for me.

Absolutely terrible experience and tremendously shady. Was quoted one price and agreed to the repair, but was told the part needed to be ordered. Many days later, received a call that the price quoted was incorrect and it would be more expensive. Was told I could pay newly quoted price with tax waived only if I paid in cash.

Great place. Fixed my daughters broken iPhone screen very fast and for much less than some local competition. The phone works great now and we had them put on an additional screen protector that was less expensive than other places. I will definitely use this place again if needed.

Went in for screen replacement and was third in line. They told me to come back at a certain time and they were done and waiting for me when I walked back in. They also recommended a glass screen cover which I bought and had installed. These guys are great! Mark

Ricky and the staff at fix it fast cellular repair offers great customer service. My iphone screen froze, and he simply took the battery out to manually restart the phone... at no charge. He was a nice guy as well! Strongly recommend.

Ricky is/was awesome! My phone had a cracked screen and faulty camera. Within 20 minutes he got it back to its original state to when I first bought it new. Would recommend 10/10 100% of the time every time

the service was quick and not to expensive! but... within a couple weeks the SCREEN started to pop off! this was very upsetting because I was so happy to finally have my phone fixed. very sad:(

The price they quoted over the phone to remove a broken headphone jack from my ipad was very reasonable, but they removed it at no charge. I will definitely use them again..
