I posted a review a few months ago stating that I was upset that I brought my iPad in to have the screen replaced and when I got it home, the wifi did not work. I took it home to load movies and games on my sons iPad, as we were leaving the very next morning on a road trip. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work, rendering this iPad useless. Here is how the rest of this went.. I drove back to the store the next morning and was there right before they opened at 9:00 am. I talked to the lady at the front and told her what my issue was and asked for my money back and she should just take the new screen off. I was going to go straight to Best Buy to buy a new iPad in order to survive a road trip with my children. She tells me this is an “easy fix” and that the antenna probably just wasnt placed correctly before the screen was put back on. I have to say, this made me even more furious. Easy fix? Why wasn’t my iPad tested before I payed my $120 dollars in exchange for my iPad? Better yet, this lady tells me that the only man that can fix this (that was supposed to have fixed this the day prior) won’t be in until 12:00. Well, that just won’t work for me because I was supposed to leave 2 hours ago on my way out of town. I need him to come in now? Or I need to have my money back because I am going to go spend an additional $200 on a brand new iPad. She goes into the back room to call this man, again, seemingly annoyed by me, and comes back to tell me, “Sorry. We can’t give you your money back and he won’t be here until 12:00. “He lives 45 minutes away.” I don’t care how far away he lives! He needs to fix this! I drove 35 minutes one way, two days in a row to fix this and re-fix this. I tell her, “Sure you can give me my money back. Just open up that cash register right in front of you and hand me the $120 in cash that I paid you yesterday.” She says no. What a shocker! I ask her to call her “guy” back and have him call me on my cell phone. No sooner than 10 minutes later, he calls me. For what seems like 15 minutes, I am arguing with this man. He tells me he can’t give me my money back. Again, I tell him that it is entirely possible to have his employee open the register and hand me my money. A pretty good amount of back and forth ensues and I tell him I will give him my iPad with the brand new screen on it, in exchange for my $120 I paid for my new screen, because I need to go and buy a new iPad and get home because I was supposed to have left 3 hours ago, at this point. He tells me that he doesn’t need any more iPads to re-sell so he doesn’t need mine. Guess what? I don’t need mine!! It doesn’t work! Finally, after I have clearly backed him into a corner, he tells me to surrender my iPad to the lady at the front in exchange for my $120. Oh, and she was definitely pleasant, herself. :/ Fast forward a week. This man has called me 5+ times to ask me to take down my bad review because, “small business.” He keeps giving me the same speech every time that bad reviews are bad for small businesses and since he resolved my issue, I should take it down. Let me make this clear, I resolved my own issue. If I hadn’t stood up for myself, I would’ve waited 3 hours for this man to come in and re-fix what should’ve been done right the day prior..maybe. Clearly, I beat him down and he just decided to take my iPad in exchange for my $120 dollars. So, really, who came out better on this deal? He got his screen back AND my iPad. All the while, I spent $200 extra for a new one. Here’s the thing, I, too, own my own small business and I would have never let my client leave with a less than satisfactory product. Had that happened, I would have immediately corrected the issue. THAT, sir, is how you run a small business. I really hope he stops calling me soon, because it’s bordering on harassment, as he keeps saying he’ll follow up with me in a few days to make sure I’ve taken down my review. But, I did add a review. This one. Needless to say, I won’t be returning for any rescue repair service.

No les recomiendo este sujeto ni su trabajo hace tiempo lleve el celular de mi hijo q es un iPhone 6 plus a q lo reparará y me dijo regrese en un par de horas cosa q no fue así lo peor del caso fue q me cobró por checarlo y no lo reparo no sólo eso robo partes del celular de mi hijo q estaba prácticamente nuevo y me lo entrego con la pantalla rota alegando q yo así se lo había dado. Mandé arreglar el celular a otro lado y el técnico me dijo q le habían robado varias partes internas del celular. El celular me lo entrego hueco. Pensé q era una persona honesta por los Reviews favorables q vi aqui en Google pero la sorpresa resultado muy desagradable. Tengan cuidado. Me cobró por algo q no reparo y aparte robo partes del celular.

Do NOT go here! I took my phone there in December for water damage. They held on to my phone for a week and didnt even fix it. I paid them their asking price for water treatment and was fine with the phone not responding until I went to Apple. Apple removed the back piece and showed me the difference between a water treated phone and mine. This place charged me for a service they did not even do. All of the original adhesives and stickers are still on my phone that would not be there had a water treatment been completed. Also, they said my home button was corroded and unfixable- Apple cleaned it and said thats all they had to do and now my home button works. What makes me so upset is that my phone has been left untreated because I was under the impression they had done it, but they lied and took my money anyway. All they have done is wasted the time I could have taken my phone somewhere that would have done it and now my phone is unfixable because the water stayed in my phone too long. So thanks, Rescue Cell Phones, for taking my money for services not rendered, never calling me back with updates as promised, holding on to my phone for 5 days more than promised, and for leading me to believe my phone was a lost cause - which now it is thanks to you. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I have gone here previously when I had a iPhone 4 to get the cracked screen replaced, I got it back with the home button being able to move in a circle and a week later my home button completely came off, recently a friend of mine had gone in to get his iPhone 6s cracked screen replaced and it came with a 90 day warranty, well the screen was defective and would open random apps, click on random things in apps and during phone calls, the middle of the screen did not work, and would even unlock the phone without even being touched. We went in 5 separate times to see the problem was fixed and each time we went in, they said they did not have the screens in, I even called before we went in the same day and they told us they had the screens in stock over the phone, yet when we went in to the store they made a excuse every time for why they did not have them. They seem to be making excuses to not fix it till the warranty is up and we have to pay for it again. They have signs inside the store saying they buy broken iPods and phones yet when I brought mine in they told me that do not buy them. I definitely do NOT recommend this place what so ever. Nothing but bad experiences here.
