I have never wrote a review online but Ive just had the worst experience ever in any store i have been to in all my life, after his pet mouse of 3 years died my son got 2 new mice 2 days ago 1 died after 2 days so i took it back to show them wondering why it died and intending to buy another one, the store manager (I think her name was Janette she was a Latino lady with orange hair) was so ignorant rude she just demanded receipt which i gave her, then she said wheres the guarantee which i gave then her told one of the staff just go an put it in the freezer after snatching it off of my son , she never said whats happened would you like another one or anything i was very uncomfortable and wont ever go back there again which is a pity as i have 2 boxers who only eat (blu brand food) the blond lady and the guy who work there are usually very nice, the staff what was on today 6/11/2014 at 4pm really need education in customer service i will be shopping online from now on

Took my 5lb puppy there for grooming twice and they didnt do a good job either time (about $60-70 per visit). I wouldnt have taken her the second time but she desperately needed to be groomed and our usual place was booked. They nicked her paw pad and the hair both times was cut wildly uneven. The second time they said they expressed her anal gland but even my vet said it looked swollen when he saw her a few days later. I wouldnt really recommend this place, unless you have no other option. They do an alright job and are ridiculously expensive. I generally take her to Something To Bark About (right across the street), they do a much better job and are more reasonably priced. They dont always have available appts though.

Bought my bearded dragon from them, he was very weak and not eaten so I brought him back in for them to take to the vet. Brought him in Saturday and they said they would take him to the vet on Monday. I get a call today (Tuesday) saying he died yesterday. Left with improper care, probably no food or water. Completely cant stand Petco anymore, this is the second time some bull like this has happened to me and Im completely dissatisfied with Petco as a whole. Take your business else where.

Customer service is nonexistent here. Have been in the store several times in the past week buying fish and supplies and each visit I have encountered rude employees, specifically the dog trainer. I asked him if there was someone that could help me get some fish and he huffed and puffed while assisting me. I asked for larger specimens of the fish I was buying and he just scooped up the first net full and put them in the container. I

Most helpful employees at this location! After being troubled by a new puppy, Sandy, the manager, was very helpful in assisting me with all of the pet supplies and food I would need in the coming weeks. I have visited this store numerous times since and I have never encountered an issue. The store is very organized and clean. I would recommend this location to anyone needing pet supplies!

Usually has what I want, good selection of healthy pet food. Usually a wait to check out, very infrequently do they have a cashier at both registers. The groomers always look like they are being a little rough with the dogs. I have never taken my dogs here, and wouldnt, based on the way they interact with the dogs from what I have seen while waiting in line.

The grooming staff at the Pet Co in Clermont are amazing! Jaclyn & Beth in particular. They helped me with my dogs needs & boy did they deliver! My baby looks amazing every time I bring her in & she loves seeing them! I will recommend Jaclyn & Beth to all of my friends & family! They do the best job in town. So thankful I found them!

Our puppy Skipper is enrolled in Puppy Class with Mark as his (and my) trainer. It has been such a positive experience. Mark is so skilled as a teacher and so knowledgeable about so many areas involving the puppies and store products. The puppies love class! This has been a A+ experience from every perspective.

Great selection of products and the staff is decently knowledgeable compared to other pet stores Ive visited. Store is clean, shelves are stocked and the fish tanks usually look nice. My only bone to pick with is the housing for the Betta fish. Give them a bigger temporary housing bowl.

Best place in the area to get aquarium supplies. They take pretty good care of the fish there. Good selection of live aquarium plants. Normally a bit of a wait to get help though, but being the only pet store in the area, they are pretty busy so it is understandable.

Jaclyn & Beth do the best work! Weve been going to Broadway Pet for years, but after going to Petco, we were so pleased with the service! Jaclyn & Beth are super friendly & do such an amazing job. Everyone needs to go & request for them-you will not be disappointed!

Manager wouldnt honor a coupon that was from the Petco Calendar. Acted like it wasnt his problem that item was discontinued and wouldnt offer a substitution. Petco shouldnt be selling calendars with coupons in it that they wont honor!! Very misleading!!

One of the best customer service experience!! Jesus, one of the managers, was outstanding. Great service. Also, went back and Mark was phenomenal. They also gave my poodle a bath and did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend this store!

Absolutely horrid. There reptiles were very poorly taken care of and there leopard geckos were the worst of all. They all looked sickly and had bugs (not the feeder kind) everywhere in there tank. Go to the one on west colonial drive #130

Some works they dont have any idea how to care the fishes, then they give a lot of stress with them. I bought some fishes and when guys were closing the bag he spinner up the bag with the fishes inside. Its very upset!
