Unknowledable employees its a joke cant answer a few simple questions pet assistants should know. Ive worked with, have knowledge and skills when dealing with all types of animals, saw how the employees avoided customers, couldnt answer customers questions so I helped the customers who said -"they need clones of me to work here as I have 17years of skills and looked professionallygroomed, not these smelly/dirty looking uneducated clowns who do nothing and have no skills to aid customers nor knowledge". Its a joke here no assistance no skills to boot, dirty, and doubt itll stay afloat against competition Im serious!

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED! Grooming of my cat was a disaster. They didnt finish cut, didnt wash, didnt cut even his claws. Claimed to do everything and charged for everything. vetco was a bit better but they are VEYR poor in keeping the records. Told me to return next Sunday and got 2 more shots for my cat. I paid in advance as it was a package with some discount. When I returned they didnt have a clue which shots were done and which note so send me back home until they call me back ...

I adopted a beautiful nippy little ferret but she just wanted a home. We are glad to have added her to the family. Thanks to the helpful employees for giving us the chance to see if she fit with our family. She has made nothing but improvements since being home. She gets to run free most of the time with her little brother.

Everyone in there is very helpful and really nice the staff knows there products and is very knowledgeable. The store is clean and easy to get around the grooming staff is top notch. They even have a wonderful rescue there with cats in a lovely habitat. The rescue is Paws For Life I have adopted a couple of their cats.

The staff makes this store 5-star. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly, and you can tell - they love their animals. Pets in-store have tidy habitats and look well-fed too. Shelves are well-stacked and organized, and the grooming salon does a great job on my hairy dog!

Amazing trainers and wonderful grooming staff. I take my puppy here for training classes, grooming, and the free hour of puppy socialization they offer on Saturdays and Sundays. Both me and my pup love it here!

The staffs are rude and not welcoming especially when I brought my children. I recimmend people to shop other locations or other local store. The attitudes of the employees here are below standard and terrible.

Friendly staff, well stocked.. Overstocked with pet food options. Prices for shelters etc are higher than online but thats normal. Convenient location.
