Went in there to buy some glofish explained to the employee that I had glofish in a 5 gallon tank, I wanted to up to a bigger tank bought a ten gallon and they all died. Asked the employee why that could have happened and what I need to do to make them not died in bigger tank. Employee very rudely said you dont buy any you come here we test your water then tell you what to do. Ive always had fish and this is the first time they have died. Employee told me new filter will kill them. Bull crap I changed the water pump 3 times in old tank with different filters never died. So I went to meijer (where I got the old glofish) and asked the employee there what to do and he politely tells me rule of thumb 1 fish per gallon. Fantastic bought 10 fish and they are going strong none have died. Glad I decided to go to meijer. Ive read reviews from others that pet smart petCo tell you those things so you have to spend more money. :(

Morons! The huge sign as you walk in the front door says " UNBEATABLE PRICES GAURANTEED" It goes on to say that they will beat ANY competitors price. when I showed them Amazons price for some aquarium chemicals, which was quite a bit less, Beulla Ballbrecker, the manager, said that Amazon is not their competitor! Hmmmm, if they sell the same product, at a lower price including free 2 day shipping. And since I am now going to buy my products from them instead of petsmart, I feel its safe to say that, yeah, they are your competitors. Enjoy the race to bankruptcy you idiots! They should change the name of the store, theres nothing smart about shopping here.

hello yes is this thing on oops how do i get rid of this oh well THIS PETSMART IS SO BAD!!!!! it made my dog SICK AS A BIRB!!!! whene i bring it in to bring my birbe in too its like we dont serve birbes AND IM LIKE ?????? HOW YOURE NOT SERVE BIRBS WHEN U CANNOT EVEN FIX DOG????? HERE MY DOG IT VERY SCARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate the DOG because the DOG does not be fixed by the pets mart he obviously stuped and i dont want a STUPED DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!! u know what THANK u pet smart for telling me how to do my dog because when i do the dog it not very KIND!!!!

We had all our dog classes at pet smart and they did a really awesome job. We decided to take her there to get groomed. First time I took her to her appointment the girls forgot to verify her shots with her vet so they told me they couldnt take her. I live on the other side of town. It was a joke. Second time we were ready to go in they called and said we had to reschedule her appointment because the groomer didnt come in. Her appointment was at 9 AM they said they couldnt get her in until 6:30 that night. It was just a MESS! Loved the classes but not everything else!

Just left this Petsmart and I am very frustrated. My sister and I stood there looking in on the cats for almost a half an hour while the workers where just sitting there. It said on the flyer in the store that adoption starts at 5 O clock, we got there a few minutes after. I know they saw us becuase we made eye contact multiple times, they didnt even smile at us, say "Hey give us a few minutes while we clean" or anything. How do you expect me to adopt your cats if i cant even pet them? Other than that I love this petsmart, this is the first bad experience Ive had.

I had a terrible customer service experience with them years ago and havent used them. Today I had an appointment and was running late. They booked 3 hours for my 11 pound dog. I was going to be 30 minutes late. They wouldnt let us come. Too booked up. Im so done. The store, good. The groomer, bad.

Took my dog in for a bath was watching groomers handling other peoples dog very aggressive to the dogs while cutting there hair I said no way will I let them touch my dog this is no joke people you dont want to leave your dog alone with these people I took my dog told them forget it and left

Love the cleanliness of the store, the great upkeep on the animals, friendliness of the staff and that were greeted with a welcome upon entering. Staff is pretty well animal educated. Love it!
