On Saturday morning March 5, my wife and I shopped at MB, as we often do. We were there about 10 minutes when I saw a female employee using sign language to help a customer. I was impressed at her effort to meet the need of a hearing impaired person. Moments later were looking for avocados to buy, but there were only a couple left. We asked an employee and he looked in the back room, but there werent any. But he did say that the delivery truck had just arrived, but he had no idea where the avocados may be in the truck. We thanked him and continued shopping. 15+ minutes later that same employee located us in the middle of the store and told us that the avocados were restocked now. We were impressed again. Then when we got to our vehicle we began unloading when another employee helped us and then he took our cart for us. We were positively impressed for the third time in less than an hour! Service like that keeps us coming back!

Market Basket what is going on with your meats , And seafood My chicken is always some what frozen (not fresh) My shaved stake is (solid frozen) I bought hamburg patties yesterday and two of them werent pink, red or even brown they were (black) on the bottom Ive bought two containers of seafood at different times this year and they were bad (and expensive) Had to throw them out . Im 70yrs old I cant afford to throw food away I only shop at Market Basket at the North Andover Mall Have for many years But the store seems to be going down hill Especially in the meat and seafood department Please do whats right by your customers and give us fresh meat Thank you A loyal customer

This Market Basket location has been my go-to grocery store for almost 2 decades now and is clean and well organized. I can typically find what I need there at a decent price and it definitely helps that they also stock ethnic foods as well. Hispanic foodstuffs are readily available as well as Asian vegetables and condiments, etc. The seafood here is fresh and I also love that they have their own sushi station in store! A lot of store brand products also help to keep total grocery bills lower and I am grateful to have this food resource in our neighborhood!

I was there tonight all I was buying was a box of velveeta shells, being low of cash I put $1.60 and the balance on a debit card. Well, the spanish cashier made me feel like garbage, I dont know what was so hard to understand, I am not a proud person , but if you cant understand the language then either learn it dont make a person feel lousy. Very bad customer service with this cashier dont they know without the customers they have no job? I wont be going back stop and shop has better meats and produce anyway :)

The variety and selection of food and other products is unmatched by other area supermarkets and I find their produce to be the freshest. That said, I try to avoid this location at all costs. Almost any time you go, it is crazy busy and a visit wouldnt be complete without getting clipped by some other customer with a shopping cart who either isnt paying attention or otherwise doesnt recognize the concept of "personal space." Even going in for one or two items takes better than ten minutes.

I like going here to get a ton of fruits and vegetables at low prices. The selection isnt bad either! They often have a lot more to choose from than other grocery stores near me. It can be tough to get in and out of here if you do your shopping on Sunday evening, but the waits are never too long. My grocery receipt from here is always so low when I leave, I cant believe I dont always shop here. Its convenient that it is right next to a TJ Maxx also.

Very dirty, disorganized, and service levels leave something to be desired. Prices are not what they are hyped up to be as once you eliminate items such as select grade meat and garlic sourced from China that arent carried to comparable standards at competitors and consider the sale prices that are often on the high side, youre paying a higher price to do your shopping here.

Some of the employees have terrible customer service. Youre working with people constantly smile be nice be helpful! Damaris on register 1 was super rude obviously hates her job by the look on her face and the attitude towards her customers. I understand people can be difficult I work customer service as well buy dont take it out on everyone else... SMILE

Clean,and very good fresh food section. The stock rotates a bit and can be totally out of particular items once in awhile,but its not terrible. I personally dont like Market Basket because they dress their employees way above formal attire for work. They all wear a tie and a collar which is ridiculous for a market.

Market Basket made national news in 2016 when a workers revolt and customer boycott led to restoration of the previous management. Having the lowest prices, is their hallmark. Free coffee by the bakery. Large selection of Latin American foods. Many employees are bilingual. All know where Everything is.

Love this store! Market Basket keeps getting better and better. They now offer alot of Organic products and things I would normally purchase at Whole Foods for alot less. So thankful for this store and that its in North Andover!

Fresher, better tasting sushi than local sushi restaurants. Extensive gluten free options. Helpful staff, freshest vegetables and fruits at more reasonable prices than competing super markets.
