Love this store, no question. However, Ive always found the cosmetics staff to be quite rude. Ive looked past it every time except for today. I called because I had a question about the organic line of Physicians Formula make-up. My last visit to the store, one of the girls told me that the line they carried at Whole Foods was different from the one they sold in CVS. So I call this morning to see if its worth the 45 minute drive and my gas. Politely, I told her about what the girl had told me last time. The girl, Jen I believe it was, responded quite rudely. "And your question is??" Again, politely, I state, "Is there any difference". She states the obvious, was no help, i felt like she mocked me, then as im saying thank you for your time, hangs up on me. Thought Id share the story, thats just how mad I am. Great store. 5 Stars. Staff can kiss my tooshie.

This is my local store, and I love it. I have coeliac disease and must stick to a gluten free diet. Having moved here from England, it was a challenge to find a reliable source of good gluten free products. Whole Foods has an excellent selection of GF foods, and even have their own dedicated GF bakery. The customer service desk also offers a complete list of GF products within the store, which makes shopping a breeze. They seem to take food allergies very seriously. Overall, this store has a lot of food options, from fresh produce, a good selection of meats, and a hot/cold food bar. The latter is pretty pricey but the quality is good. My husband and I visit at least once a week to pick up a loaf of GF bread and enjoy a nice meal.

Sadly, Whole Foods is living up to its usual expectation of metsa metsa produce, and everything in this place being 15 to 20% more expensive than everyone else including get this Stop & Shop who would have ever thought black guy there with less than a bag and a half a groceries of all organic vegetables and a few cans of goods couldnt even get everything I wanted and still spent nearly $70. I truly hope Amazon drives the prices down otherwise Amazon just made the biggest most expensive stupid mistake of the century because I for one am looking for a new place to buy my organic groceries from sorry Whole Foods but you have let me down for the last time

Whole Foods is the most expensive way possible to purchase " bad " food!. The produce is undoubtedly the highest quality available. The prepared foods are inorganic and unappealing. Lots of FRIED food to appeal to the masses and LOTS of added oils and cheeses as these make things weigh more and @ 7.99 a pond thats where the $$ is. Compared to San Francisco and New York, University heights pales in comparison.I personally never bought corn there last season....all GMO.. and so many other items. If you really cared, people should be able to shop where they dont need to read labels as they can trust that only the best has been made available to them.

Yea sure, all whole foods are great. But in comparison to the national average, this one was terrible. Im no cheese connoiseur, and honestly I dont hold the employees in the cheese department to such high standards either. But when I ask what kinda of milk a specific cheese is made from, I expect them to at least tell me if they dont know. Instead, they suggest a product which I later found out I am violently allergic to (I can have goats milk but not cows milk). Luckily I checked on Wikipedia before I ate it. Its just upsetting to pay such high prices for inconsistent and unreliable service.

Love the store, but Whole Foods continues to support ludicrous homeopathic remedies which do absolutely nothing and encourage non-scientific thinking. The supplements section is filled with supplements and cures that have been shown consistently in trials to have no impact on any ailments and which are basically placebos that contain no medicine anyway (homeopathy is about putting the least amount of medicine possible in a dose, and that means youd have to eat a swimming pool full of pills to get a single measurable dosage). Its really discouraging.

Compared to other WF, despite the medium to large size, the offerings here fall a bit short. To their pleasure but not mine, its busy constantly. There doesnt seem to be an ideal time to shop there if you have limited time. Not that its WFs fault but parking is a nightmare. Its a very busy store in a plaza with other busy, national brand stores with only a few oddly placed entry/exit points to/from the roads. I live only a few miles away but Id rather travel to Cranston if I need to go to WF for a full shop.

Horrible store. The only thing differentiating this place from a low level grocery store is the name. I was shocked to see rotisserie chicken, marshmallows and other junk right next to the organic produce. Horrible deli and pre-made foods. I couldnt even buy cold pressed juice or fresh fruit because everything looked old and disgusting. This frankenstein store completely lets down the Whole Foods brand

The staff is extremely friendly and has the patience of a herd of saints, IMO :) The clientele are often pushy, self entitled, and rude, but the place has a great selection of organic labelled products. Very pricey, but a good selection of unique products. Parking can be challenging. The pre made food item selection is great, as well as the ability to get lunch to go.

Very attentive workers. I miss senior citizen who doesnt see the small print very well. And I have no problem finding a worker at Whole Foods to read the small print for me on anything that I want to purchase. Also they give directions to any Isle Im looking for. They are extremely helpful. The cashiers are courteous.

Oh my golly the gluten free chocolate cupcakes completely made my day along with the gluten free chocolate cookies. Ive been struggling with food ever since my diagnosis and it was the first time I finally felt happy with desserts and food again. Thank you for having an amazing selection of options to choose from!

Every time I come here, I leave feeling better than when I walked in. Plus I buy food. Theres a whole area at the front left for eating, and theres tons of fresh, prepared food choices. Everything is organic, so you dont have to worry about pesticides or dyes. Great place to shop and eat. Also, free wifi!

There is an armed security guard for the whole shopping complex while I understand the need for security, having an armed security guard (rather than a policeman- if you need an armed person) makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I will avoid coming to this Whole Foods store because of that fact.

Great store and especially awesome and knowledgeable employees. Its conveniently located and open til 10:00pm, which is helpful. I shop between here and Trader Joes, which has amazing food, staff and prices, but can be difficult to get to because of traffic/location.
