Recently I had a very bad experience getting a customized cake, cupcakes and cookies for my nephews birthday, with a cars theme. While placing the order, the baker showed lack of interest listening to my idea. I was having a bad feeling about it. When I went to pick the cake, to my disappointment, it was the worst crafted cake. The cookies and cupcakes were as if they were taken right out from the counter with no signs of custom design. The overall color contrast given to the cake was nothing similar to what I proposed. I had to pay $130 for a cake, 10 cupcakes and 10 cookies (in fact they charged $15 extra for custom designing). When it comes to the service: they were not at all helpful when I asked for a cover for my cake, when it was snowing heavily outside. It should be a common sense that food needs to be covered when it is given for take out. So if someone out there looking for a customized cake for your party, do not consider this place, to avoid disappointment.

99% of the time, this store is great. The staff are friendly and they keep a good selection of products. They are willing to help you, take special orders, and even educate you, on healthy alternatives to more commonly known things. Been coming here for years, and one of the things I miss is the custom sandwiches that you could get made before. It wouldnt be so bad, it the selection of sandwiches never seems to change much. Every once in a while, they will have something new, but its usually the same things. The bakery is quite good. Some things are really tasty, and other things may not suit your taste, as some things are crafted for gluten free, or dairy free, or whatever. They have a freezer that you can pick out mochi, and they have a good selection of flavors. They are a bit expensive, but the quality is good.

I was having a pleasant conversation with one of the employees who worked in the floral department, explaining that I was looking for about 10 simple centerpieces of white and pink roses for June. She transferred me to her boss Shelby to make an appointment. Shelby immediately proceeds to tell me that it would be IMPOSSIBLE for them to do anything other than 10 centerpieces and that if I need further floral arrangements Ill need to call elsewhere. I pointed out that it would be a weekday in June, no delivery necessary and that theres a possibility I would only need eight centerpieces and if thats the case could they do a bouquet as well. She refused. The stark contrast between the friendliness of her employee and herself was disappointing and nothing short of remarkable.

I often shop at the Cranston store and have always found employees to be courteous and knowledgeable. Today when I was getting a cart, (the ones in the middle row were stuck), I was pulling a cart from the third row of carts when an employee, pushing a group of carts, told me to get out of the way because he needed to push his carts into the row I was in. There was a first row of carts which also needed carts.(He did not wait for me to get a cart. He did not offer me a cart. He did not say please.) Its a small thing but it was rude and unnecessary.

This is your typical Whole Foods grocery store where you can get a lot of eclectic foods, condiments, processed items. This location serves sir kensingtons ketchup and also sells it along with sir kensingtons chipotle mayonnaise. Rebecca and Maria are very helpful and you should reach out to them for any special needs that you may have at the store by name.

Great Whole Foods location. Its a bit larger than the Providence location and therefore a bit less hectic for shopping. The employees are always extremely knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to answer any questions you may have, ot to help you locate something. If you love Whole Foods, this is a great location with plenty of parking.in their own lot.

Produce is the best out of any other store in the area. You can find a lot of items that cannot be found elsewhere. The prepared foods are usually delicious. The meat and fish is too expensive but I just buy whatever is on sale. The bulk section can help save as well. The quality of the products is why I shop there.

The florist at this Whole Foods is fantastic! They delivered the most beautiful arrangement of unique and exotic flowers to my aunts office for her birthday. They even included little bananas in the bouquet. The arrangement was the talk of the office all afternoon!

This is the coolest grocery store ever, especially for health conscious people! Stopped in here to check it out and ended up eating lunch here rather then going to a restaurant because the buffet looked so good and it was! Build one in central MA please!

Super clean, great displays and friendly staff. What is not to like? Well the one thing is the organic produce is a little pricey! But the burrito stand makes up for up. Also they have a great beverage selection. Best in the state.

Whole Foods feels like a glorious theme park for Well curated food. I know its more expensive than other super markets. But you go to Whole Foods for great quality. Not to save money. The prepared food section is Damn good!
