Love the Londonderry location, yes, it is true that I cannot shop for all of my groceries for a family of four in less than an hour and a half but this location is cleaner and LESS crowded than many other Market Basket locations!!! It is not a store for someone who hates grocery shopping to begin with. It is however, much more economical to shop than ANY other grocer!!! I can feed my family of 4 for 10 days with all of their desires, deli meats and cheeses, produce, beef, chicken, pork, you name it for $150. I have never been able to do so at any other grocer... I was a die hard Stop and Shop customer for 15 years and would drive out of my way to shop there until I discovered this Market Basket. My father has always shopped at Market Basket stores and I would sit in the car and wait for him instead of betraying my loyalty to the almightly Stop and Shop.

Employees coughing on hands and touching produce, barehanded deli employees, dirty floors, sticky products, overflowing toilets. Par for the course at Marketbasket Londonderry! Come on down! Youll be treated to sanitary standards pre 1912! Dont worry though, youll save 2 cents on that can of beans. Sure its cheap, but youll end up paying for it with your health! I went in once on my own and quickly left empty handed, another time a friend brought me back insisting my previous experience was a fluke. We were greeted by the same conditions, and she suggested we leave! Yeah, never going back!

My biggest problem with going to Market Basket is finding fresh produce. The prices are good, but the store is so shabby looking compared to the other 2 stores in Londonderry. I actually find I can do 85 to 90% of my shopping at the Derry Walmart now. Now thats some big savings!! I do my produce at Hannafords across the street. Its worth driving an extra 7 minutes to get the deals and have clean stores with big aisles. I did hear that Market Basket will be buying out the old Sears store in the same parking lot as well as the old Marshalls. Ill be back to check it out once it opens!

The real problem isnt the shoppers so much getting annoyed by people stopping to compare prices, its that those people stop and block the ridiculously narrow aisles. The narrow aisle problem is only exacerbated by the clerks stocking shelves and taking up half the aisle with their pallets of goods to be stocked. This has always been a problem, I guess they dont want to pay people to stock before or after hours like most stores do. I stopped shopping there for years for just this reason but with money being tight, Im back at Market Basket just trying to determine the best time to shop.

Always the great local store....kinda says it all when we have relatives from CT pick up items to bring home cause so many items are attractively priced. While the stores are often a zoo at busy times, the management always seems to have enough help to check folks out in a hurry...heck we have been in the store when they have actually run out of shipping carts on 2 occasions!! The store manager then started to give out coupons for free cokes or free jars a salsa, saying sorry and thank you. Happy to be s customer!

Not a fan.. Been shopping in Londonderry for years and the prices were very affordable, about 30% less than Hannaford. Market Basket meats are expensive and very poor quality. Recently Market Basket prices have soared and Hannaford prices came down, so the prices are now comparable. Hannaford has much better meats, produce and bakery and is not so crowded - a much better shopping experience. At Market Basket, they always stock the shelves during the busiest times, creating big "traffic jams" in the isles.

We all know MB is the best. I grew up with them from Lowell MA and its nice to have them accessible here too. They have the best variety of almost everything. Id like them to start carrying more allergy conscious items so I wouldnt have to frequent other more expensive markets in the area - but I have faith that theyll catch-up and earn my five star rating! PS - Im allergic to both milk and yeast which makes it very hard to eat & shop.

This is less a grocery store and more a crazed social experiment to provoke annoyance. You must shop quickly. Stopping to compare items will annoy the cranky New England shoppers who lurk this rat maze. Its prices are slightly higher than the nicer stores in Nashua and Milford. It is a pity there isnt a Manchester location.

This store is my "Go-To" Grocery Store for years! The fresh food area is supplied with fresh hot and cold, affordable items to eat on premises with free Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs in a spacious dining area. The aisles are usually replenished with up to date, plentiful stock. Store Managers are experienced and Knowledgeable.

Staff is friendly and ready to help with questions. Store is clean and well stocked. They have a variety of fresh items to choose from. Fresh bakery, prepared food, cafe and casual dining area with TV and wifi. Often announcing specials at deli or seasonal promotion products.

They carry just about everything. Almost no need to go anywhere else. Wish the produce was fresher. Tissue selection is limited... I know, fussy about my sensitive nose, but I really dont like Scott tissue and this one carries tones of it. Otherwise 5 stars.

Good grocery store, if often extremely busy. The prices are often the best around. Try not to go during the middle of the day on the weekends, since even though every checkout will be open, the lines will still be three or four carriages deep.

Staff are unhelpful and Bitter about past corporate issues. While the selection as a whole isnt bad, stocking is often hit or miss. Bathrooms are often vandalised by elderly customers both accidentally and on purpose...

Nice interior, good fresh foods like meats, orange juice, sushi, & breads, store does not carry any gift cards, I hear the staff is well paid so it seems like a very good grocery store, great place to buy food.

Just got home after shopping there and the 12 rack of seadog beer had a bottle broken inside already moldy and mostly dried. The whole 12 rack was expired my a month. Gross

My favorite place to shop. Not only they have the lowest price but also it is very clean. Its one of the largest grocery stores around. The staff is very efficient.

As a grocery store its fairly nice, but if you want cash back, make sure you tell the checkout ahead of time and let them know how much. I thought that was very odd.

Great value- quality food for reasonable prices. Try the lunches too; only problem with the steak and cheese is i get hiccups from trying to eat it too fast =)
